  I've had inside house wall insulation done by the worst builders I've ever seen in my life. Improveasy Group hired company KM Services Nationwide who came to do the job. Now instead having warmer during winter it was colder than before they damaged seals and windows frames and 1 window wing. Electrical work they done was outstanding never seen anyone doing such horrible work I will attach some photos. They installed 3 fans and there is no Electrical certificate for any of them. Every hole they filled up with caulk. I dig little into it and I found a price for that caulk 99p per bottle. One of the new fans where installed on the old went cap and the holes around where filled up with caulk as well. They build a new wall frame and they screwed plasterboards and wall is more bend than before it. They didn't use spirit level they did that using eye only. After installing radiators back again I had to bleed them on my own cause they didn't know how. They drilled holes in the attics to check if there is an insulation and gues what they filled it with caulk. Onle of the installed wires that goes to kitchen fan already fall off the wall. There's much more to write about but it's just too much.

  Clown firm. Poor communication & even worse contractors who will thrash at your property not giving a care in the world. Only interested in getting done (to a poor standard) and onto the next One coat skimming masters an all 🤣👍🏻

  1 star is being overly generous! Couldn't mark any lower. I would avoid this company like the plague! The communication is appalling. The 3rd party contractors they used plumed the boiler in backwards and left us without hot water for 3 weeks. fitted solar and a heat pump source system to our house July 25, and we still have problems with a leaking pipe outside, they keep saying they will sort it out but nothing has been sorted yet and we’re in march now. The picture uploaded was taken yesterday 8/3/26

  Had Hive fitted by Gheorghe, fitted it in no time at all and set everything up and explained the hive to me. Very helpful and pleasant guy

  Thus is my honest review, I had a good experience with improve easy, when my application was approved by the council, immediately the work started, my hot water tank was changed to a massive one, all my old heaters was removed and replaced with nice and better omes, they fixed the solar pannels and the air source heat pump. The workers proves to me that they are proffessionals, they were able to fix all these within 10 days and to crown it all I didnt pay a penny for it, all is free, and for these great job of Improve easy, am saying a big thank you, will recommend improve easy anytime. Thank you!

  Gheorghe electrician has gone above and beyond to help with the electrical side of having my boiler replaced. Gheorghe even attended the same day I had issues and did not leave until the issue was rectified. Gheorghe has amazing customer service and is very helpful and informative.

  They are hard to get hold of, they never reply to emails. Will complain to gmca about this process.
