  Turned up at agreed time. Kept the area clean and tidy throughout the service. Explained any findings or potential future problem. Detail service report with supporting images. A good job done properly without a fuss, very pleased 👍

  Quality work. They are not the cheapest, but they are good value for money because their work is of a high standard. We had a complete new system fitted. The workmen were polite and cleaned up after the work was done. All round a good experience.

  5 star rating is the highest you can give, which the team at Redfern certainly deserve. Mark and the team were fantastic… Installation of a new boiler, engineer was great, very thorough and explained exactly what was needed… Very efficient, cleaned up and left with full instructions on how it operates… Redfern highly recommend

  When my old boiler packed up, Redfern were brilliant. They made a suggestion of new boiler and presented options via a web app, so I could choose the exact install I wanted. This was on a Thursday and I had an engineer coming out the next Monday to install the new boiler. Very professional service and the new boiler is in and working with no issues. I was kept informed at every step of the way and the price was very reasonable.
