  2 excellent experiences with Brett, Joel and Beckie. I'm using way less fossil fuels now and aim to use gas for only the heating when I need it. First we had the Sigenergy batteries, now the solar panels are working on a 'difficult build as my house front is south facing and my wife didn't want the panels'. After about 20 designs with a very patient Joel we got there. The benefits are as follows 1) I charge my car for £4 for 250 miles range. 2) My electric is costing me 3p kwh instead of 30p kwh. 3) On cloudy days my energy needs can be met by the free solar power and excess charge 4) My daily energy usage has dropped from 15 kwh to less than 3 kwh (It's May and 50% of the day has some sun). My wife says 'She likes the solar panels now and asking me daily if the system is giving us free electricity'. If you have some spare cash go for a battery only or consider batteries and solar. The payback is that earth wins first of all with less fossil fuels used, I get free electricity and any not worried at all about the energy crisis continuing for the next two years (I'm retired too). If I move I may take the Sigenenergy batteries with me as they are portable so no loss there. Go solar. The first time you see FREE energy coming into your home you'll think "I have control now, not these greedy oil companies, I wasn't born to pay them for life, other solutions are there and literally don't cost the earth :)'. Go solar, go for it.

  Really good experience from start to finish. ForeUK weren’t the cheapest quote we got but they were the only ones who actually took time to understand what we wanted and design it around that. Communication was good, the install was quick, and the team were friendly. The little things mattered too… tidy work, cleaned up after themselves, explained what they were doing. Big thanks to Brett, Joel and the rest of the team.

  Dean and his team delivered an excellent EV charger installation. Steve provided knowledgeable, thoughtful advice, and setup with my car and Octopus energy provider works perfectly. Not everything was smooth though. There was a delay of about 10 days due to the Christmas holidays, which meant a couple of extra supercharger trips, but Dean acknowledged this and offered a discount, which was much appreciated. He also managed to accommodate an installation for my friend at the same time, showing great flexibility. Highly recommended for top-quality service, advice, and workmanship.

  From first conversation the Management was very helpful and responded straight away. Installers came as book without delay and changed my old EV charging unit for Tesla charger with speed of light. Super quick and without any issues.

  Joel and installation team were great. Thank you. I would give 5 star if they could focus on proper after sale support. I had to contact many times for the thing which could be done within a few minutes. The invoice was sent me 2-3 months after the payment and after it's been requested many times. The invoice is not accurate. The service was excellent until the payment was done.

  We recently had 16 Aiko solar panels installed along with a Sigenergy inverter and battery, and honestly I’m really impressed with how ForeUK handled everything from start to finish. The whole thing felt much easier than I expected. The design stage didn’t feel rushed or salesy at all, they actually took the time to look at our usage and showed us a few different options so we could decide what worked best for the house. Once the install date came around, Brett was brilliant. Any questions I had, even the small ones that probably sounded a bit silly, he came back quickly and explained things in a way that made sense. It felt like proper support rather than the usual “we’ll get back to you when we can” that you get with some companies. The install team were great too. They turned up on time, cracked on with the job and kept everything neat. The cable runs look really tidy and they cleared up after themselves, even boxed the rubbish up nicely which I wasn’t expecting at all. It’s the kind of thing you only notice when it’s done badly, so seeing it done properly was a nice suprise. The system has been running perfectly since and the app has been pretty easy to get used to. Brett checked in after the install as well to make sure everything was working and that we knew how to use it properly. Overall it’s been a really smooth experience and ForeUK made what felt like a big job pretty straightforward. Genuinely happy to recommend them to anyone thinking about getting solar or battery storage. If all companies operated like this it’d be a lot less stressful for home owners.

  FORE recently installed 20 solar panels, a 10kw Sigenergy battery, inverter and gateway to my house. They were super helpful, patient and knowledgable with me throughout the process. They made great recommendations, designed the system around our usage & future plans, while delivering excellent customer service throughout the process. The full installation (scaffolding assembled and dissembled, roofers, electricians etc.) all happened within a week. Each tradesman was very professional and friendly as well as tidy and respectful. I cannot recommend FORE highly enough. I interviewed many of the competition and they were by far the best. Thank you to Brett, Joel and the team for making what initially seemed a complicated product and process so straightforward and uncomplicated. Your personalised customer service throughout the process was very appreciated.

  A mixed review here. There is always a risk going with a small Company such as ForeUk. This is i have found to be true. initially all went well, a good response to questions answered leading up to the install and the install itself which delivered a good product that is working well. Sigenergy is good and it wa expertly fitted on the day. However I have been disappointed since I made full payment, the day after install. It was then that the cost became more than I was invoiced for (a mix up at their end), e mails were not always answered and i am still waiting for the MPan I need for a tarrif change (so i can export solar), promised within 3 weeks but still not received nearly 8 weeks later. So I dont feel fully confident about things going forward e.g. if I need them to sort out any glitches in the system. They seem to lose interest once they have your money. There are exceptions e.g. Joel is very good at the Company but otherwise I have less faith the others. The Company seems focused on sales whilst their backup processes, efficiency and communication need a lot of improvement before I would recommend to others.

Apologies for the error on final invoices, we have noted this internally so that it doesn't happen again moving forward. Regarding the export MPAN his timeline unfortunately lies out of our control & at the mercy of the DNO, in the recent past we had found it just to take 3-4 weeks for them to process it and even faster in other cases. However it appears as though they have some kind of backlog with the export MPANs, I can assure you we have done everything required our end... If any issues do come up with the system please feel free to drop us a message and we will be able to action on them straight away. The SIGenergy kit is great we very rarely have any problems come up & if they do they can be troubleshoot remotely in a majority of cases. Many thanks,
