  After a previous contractor left our bathroom in a dangerous and unfinished state, the situation caused a huge amount of stress for our household — particularly for my husband, who lives with combat‑related PTSD. We were anxious, overwhelmed, and unsure who we could trust next. WTS Heating Plumbing Ltd genuinely came to our rescue. From the moment Sam (the fixer), Harry (the installer), and Luke (the electrician) arrived, we felt safe, supported, and in capable hands. They immediately understood the situation, reassured us, and set about putting everything right with professionalism and care. Sam refitted the bath to make it safe, installed a new shower, and ensured everything was properly secured. Harry installed the new bath panels and the rest of the bathroom furniture with real attention to detail, even taking the time to source the perfect matching taps. Luke fitted a new light and extractor fan to a very high standard. They were punctual, hardworking, knowledgeable, and clearly proud of their work. They functioned as a proper team, and a simple adjustment they suggested has given us a power shower we absolutely love. Suzie kept in regular contact throughout, so we always knew who was coming and when — something that made a huge difference to our peace of mind. Nothing was too much trouble. They listened, they explained, and they treated our home — and our circumstances — with respect and kindness. We would not hesitate to use WTS again. They are fully recommended.   We had a new boiler and Nest thermostat installed by WTS late 2024 and wouldn’t use anyone else now! The team communicated well throughout the whole process, turned up exactly when they said they would and were very professional. They cleaned up after themselves and we’ve had no issues since. Big thank you to Gary and the WTS team!
