  With electricity prices decoupling from gas, the explosive nature of the energy market and knowing my family and I must play a part in reducing emissions, we decided to move over to an ASHP. Fortunately I work in the sector and manage several contracts installing measures such as ASHPs, so I knew what we wanted and I knew what good looks like, I just didn't know who we wanted to install it. We reached out to several suppliers, including some I had worked with before, and Kyle's 'My Air Source Company'. We had a broad spectrum of quotes and recommendations, some national, some local, but only two aligned with the standards we wanted and performance we were aiming for - out of those two, only one provided a reasonably priced quote - and that was 'My Air Source Company'. Fast-forward just a few weeks and we had an approved grant, a system design, performance outcomes, pipe runs, tech specs, cosmetics, etc. This process was swift, and while it was challenging due to the house (large 200 year old farmhouse), the team were all responsive in working through those challenges to get a design we were happy with, at a cost we were happy with. Added to this, the team managed to keep to their proposed installation dates, even with an ever changing spec. During installation there were plenty of curveballs too, including a perfectionist client, but the team worked through each and the end product is excellent. It's very early still, but the system seems to be far exceeding designed performance and there have been no issues. Overall I would happily recommend My Air Source Company to anyone who asks, both professionally and personally.   We have just had a Valliant Air Source Heat pump installed by the Air Source Company to replace our current electric boiler which was costing us a fortune. From the initial meet with Kyle, to the final handover they have been nothing but exceptional. The overall service we have received from them has been outstanding. Nothing has been too much trouble and the grant process was applied for by Kyle and approved by the government overnight. Our unit was installed on our drive so we needed ground works to allow for the pipe to be fitted underground. Everything was installed perfectly by Mikey and handed over to the installer / electrician for the Airsource. The installation took around 3 days. Following the install we had a waste collection arranged immediately by Kyle and all our certification through within 24 hours. Our garage space for install was quite tight, so we asked the installers for their advice on relocating the washing machine to free up some space, they even went above and beyond and relocated the washing machine for us to make the space much more manageable to work around our existing gym equipment. Overall we are extremely happy with the full service provided by the air source company, do not hesitate to contact Kyle if you’re wanting a speedy and efficient service.

  After extensive research and whittling down, I finally went with Air Source Company. Right from the first survey where there was no pressure whatsoever, to the final installation and commissioning, the process was handled expertly and meticulously. One of the main worries for me was our existing heating system pipework of 10mm micro bore. I was worried about the upheaval and cost of having to have a larger gauge system installed but this company already had a track record of installing systems with micro bore that had proven very successful. At the survey, they took on all of my needs but where necessary discussing compromises due to technical/engineering issues, that in the end proved to be absolutely spot on. The team that came to carry out the work were just brilliant, heads down and just getting on with it. The system is now fully commissioned and we couldn't be happier. In the present climate, it's great to get rid of our old oil guzzling boiler.

  This silver tongued company highly recommended the ebac heat pump. The installation was planned for 3 days but it was 70 days until commissioning was completed. We were without central heating for 2 weeks in December We have issues with the unit and they have stopped responding to us, after stringing us along for months. They say all the right things like giving us compensation for the inconvenience they caused us, but this never surfaced. Avoid this company.

While we take immense pride in our work and strive for 5-star service in every job (as reflected on our profile), it is clear we fell well short of your expectations during this installation. First and foremost, we offer our sincerest apologies that you were without central heating for two weeks in December. No customer should have to experience that during the coldest months, and we fully understand your frustration. It is unacceptable. We must acknowledge the extreme disparity between our planned 3-day installation and the 70 days it took for final commissioning. Nearly all of our installations utilise Vaillant systems, which are highly reliable. However, for this project, we installed an Ebac heat pump (as it was a specific manufacturer lead). The extreme difficulties we encountered with this system were associated with unique technical complexities specific to this product range. Resolving these required specialised diagnosis from manufacturer engineers outside of standard installation scope. While these visits were essential for the system’s eventual success, the timing of those interventions introduced delays far beyond what is acceptable. The duration of this process was a failure in project management. Regarding your current concerns, we take your claims about a lack of response and outstanding compensation very seriously. If there has been a breakdown in communication, especially from our senior management after promises were made, that will be addressed immediately. We take accountability for maintaining consistent communication, regardless of any technical obstacles. Our goal is to resolve your outstanding issues.   Had an Vailiant 12kw arotherm plus with senso comfort installed in a newbuild house by the Airsource Company. They are ASHP specialists and service, timekeeping and professionalism could not be faulted. I reccomended anyone thinking of installing or upgrading to an ASHP to give the Airsource Company a call.   I’m extremely happy with the service from Air Source Company. Our boiler broke down starting of winter season and we urgently needed heating and hot water. Kyle came for a same-day inspection, listened carefully to all our requirements, and arranged a heat loss survey for the next day. We received the results within two days. Although a gas boiler could have been installed quickly, Kyle was able to organize his team to complete our ASHP installation in almost the same time frame—from survey to commissioning—without compromising on quality of work. During installation, Brian’s expertise really stood out—he handled the work professionally, commissioned the system efficiently, and patiently clarified all my doubts. They installed a Vaillant Arotherm Plus heat pump and Vaillant Unistor hot water cylinder exactly as we wanted. Even though it’s a premium product, they offered a very competitive price. What impressed me most is that they took our future plans into consideration, including underfloor heating and house renovation, and designed the system accordingly and also want to proceed in future for my UFH installation. They also handled the BUS grant application, making the process completely hassle-free. Highly recommend Air Source Company for anyone needing fast, professional, and future-proof heating solutions!

  After a long and thorough search we used this company because firstly, the top quality products they use, secondly, the warranty and after care service they provide and finally the price. Kyle Jordan, the sales director, made the initial visit and assured us they could provide and install the ASHP system to adequately suit our property and needs. We have a barn conversion with high vaulted ceilings with underfloor heating which was on lpg gas. A date was agreed for the install. The plumbers came and it took 3 days to install. Its a work of art what they did. Everything neat and tidy and they left it spotless. Next the electrician came. Again, a fantastic job. All the trades people that came were brilliant, friendly, respectful of our property and first class at their trades. They even left phone numbers if we had any questions or concerns. We had a problem with one of our rooms not heating up. Even though it had nothing to do with the installation, but with the original install of the underfloor pipework, Kyle tried to find a solution. A Vaillant engineer came out and said it was one of the best installs he'd seen. We cannot recommend this company highly enough. From start to finish it has been so professional and helpful. Combine that with a great price you couldn't ask for more.
