  Dave designed and installed an air source heat pump for me at my home. His quote was competitive and fair. I had a number of questions about underfloor heating and Dave was happy to answer them all, always letting me know what was/wasn’t feasible. The work was done efficiently and to a high standard. There were a couple of small teething problems but Dave made sure these were rectified properly and as soon as possible. Dave is friendly and knowledgable and together with his brother Paul BBI Heating are highly recommended.

  David provided an outstanding service when installing an air-to-air heat pump in my large summer house. From the outset, David identified the best system for my needs and completed the installation during a cold spell, which immediately highlighted the system’s impressive efficiency. The unit he selected is also exceptionally quiet. Despite having to postpone the installation several times due to delays in my project, David remained understanding and accommodating throughout. His professionalism and flexibility were greatly appreciated. I will definitely be using David again next year for a similar job and have no hesitation in recommending him to others.

  We were upgrading a 30ish year old system in a 90 year old house. We were told... "This is what it will cost." & that is what it cost. "This is how long it will take" & it did. Ok, a few minor hiccups, but clean, tidy and it all works. We would use these guys again.

  Dave, his twin brother and the whole team have been absolutely fantastic. Of all the people that I’ve ever had in the house for various jobs , Dave has been by far the most thorough and likeable trades person I have ever encountered, he has a real eye for detail and he completely honest about what can and cannot be achieved. I completely trusted him and recommend him highly!!

  Dave from BBI heating has been an absolutely brilliant plumber for us, completing three bathrooms and a cloakroom to a high degree of quality, as well as increasing the calibre of the water supply to the house and doing our boiler check. Reliable, a good communicator, and easily contactable, it has meant that the most difficult thing about the works was choosing the items to install in the first place! Everything else Dave has taken care of seamlessly. Only a couple of minor issues that needed trouble-shooting subsequently and Dave came straight out at his earliest convenience to sort those. Cannot recommend BBI heating highly enough!

  David helped us twice now. We needed new radiators fitted and a toilet put in. He is reliable, trustworthy and professional. Highly recommended.

  David from BBI Heating did an amazing job on my big renovation project in Southampton on Hill Lane. He worked with Scott & Tom of Horsham Carpentry and Building Services. David's jobs included a new mains water connection, installing two new gas central heating systems, and installing four new bathrooms. The quality of his work is exceptional. It's clear that he really cares about doing his work well. He kept me in the loop with the progress which was reassuring. I would definitely recommend David for any plumbing work and I can't wait to work with him on more projects in the future.
