  SL Energy were absolutely fantastic and I cannot recommend them highly enough. My elderly and vulnerable dad had his gas turned off by SGN due to a suspected gas leak, which left him without gas for five days. After another gas safety engineer failed to attend the property, I contacted SL Energy and they stepped in when we really needed help. Scott, who took my many calls, was friendly, calm, professional and incredibly helpful throughout. He managed to rearrange his team so that an engineer could attend my dad’s property the same day. The engineer checked everything and confirmed there was nothing wrong at the property, which was a huge relief. I am extremely grateful to SL Energy for acting so quickly and for treating the situation with such care and urgency. The whole process was fantastic from start to finish, and I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

  SL Energy helped us recently when we had a broken central heating thermostat - which left us without heating over the weekend. We contacted them over the weekend and they called us back early on Monday morning to arrange for an engineer to visit us. The engineer quickly diagnosed the problem, allowing us to get the system running again until replacement parts could be ordered and installed. Thank you for this excellent service.
