  Two reviews in one here! Underfloor insulation and solar panels. A really super, helpful and customer focused company. We contacted Heat Save Scotland to install our underfloor insulation. They arranged a visit and walked and talked us through everything in a helpful and friendly manner. They were honest and up front about everything and there was no hard sell. It genuinely felt as though we were talking to people who would respect our home. Roll forward a few days and they had arrived and installed the underfloor insulation with minimum fuss and maximum customer care. Gemma and Maria in the office were super helpful and made sure we were happy with everything and the fitters were lovely. Thanks for sorting everything, we really appreciate your professionalism and customer care. Extra bit about solar panels! Everything about this company was great from beginning to end. We had been thinking about solar panels for a long time and just assumed the initial outlay and fuss would be far too much to make it worthwhile. However, then we met Gemma and the team due to them doing our underfloor insulation. As a direct result of how great they were we decided to work through solar panels with them... Gemma talked us through everything, organised everything and within about three weeks it was all done. Now here we are enjoying the beautiful sunshine and following how much we are saving on electricity via the app. Everyone Gemma introduced us to was brilliant, helpful, realistic and organised. Gemma was the master controller who was always on hand to answer any random query at pretty much any time of the day or night, and supported by her trusty team. If you are wavering, or just not sure, I would really recommend getting into contact with them and asking your questions. We didn't feel pressured in any way at any point and we're thrilled we had the conversations. Thanks Gemma, Maria, and everyone involved. Really appreciate the team effort and such brilliant work.

  Very polite and helpful during every call. The team who installed my underfloor insulation really deserve recognition for their professionalism and efforts. I don’t remember both names however it was father and son duo with one named - Anthony. The care they had shown my property while carrying out the work even right down to the clean up afterwards. I was very impressed and would highly recommend to others.

  Gemma and Maria were wonderful at getting our paperwork set up, submitted and survey arranged. The process was very quick. They were also very responsive to technical questions. The team performing the installation were excellent and worked well with me when we did encounter a rare technical issue, which we resolved immediately. My solar and battery system is now ticking over nicely and I can't thank Gemma's team enough.

  Gemma has been the most wonderful part of bringing my home into the 21st century! From our first interaction, she has shown endless patience and support while I battle through the government grants and loans system and shared her insights which have been massively helpful. Since beginning work with her team, every single member that had come to work on insulation, plaster works, do surveys, etc. has been polite, considerate and cleaned up after themselves quickly. She has been incredibly flexible as I dealt with funding delays and been the best value on top of all that. I have been in contact with so many companies since beginning my home improvement journey and not a single one has as much consistency as this one in providing an entire team that cares and treats you like a human, not a profit. I recommend this company in a heartbeat to anyone I know, companies like this are rare gems in an industry that has broken so many peoples trust. Heat Save Scotland should be the posterchild for how things should be done. Thanks for all you have done and continue to do.
