  Exceptional service from BPM from start to finish. Chris accommodated the initial site visit even though I was unable to attend in person and communication was clear and accurate. He was quick to respond to queries and knowledgeable about the specific project needs. Similarly Pete kept me informed and responded quickly to emails. My tenant is really happy with the final result, as am I. Thank you to Ron and his team who carried out the work to a high standard and in a tidy manner and for making an old lean-to look like new again. Excellent Service from BPM and would highly recommend. Thank you!

  Very polite electrician. Did a thorough job and asked if we needed to save any data before turning the power off. Also, was very efficient and didn’t chat a lot, just got on with his job. Al in all a good company 👍😊
