  I received an email from Griffiths Heating reminding me that my annual service for the boiler was due and to reply to the email to make an appointment. I did this and heard nothing. A week later I phoned them to make an appointment. I was told someone would get back to me to sort out an appointment. 10 days later my call hadn't been returned and my email was still being ignored. I ended up getting another company in to service my boiler. Just under a month later they still haven't been in touch

  Hi Linda. Your message ended up being filtered into junk mail. I replied to you on Feb 11th offering to book the job in but received no reply so assumed you’d used another contractor. Disappointed you chose to leave a negative review.

  We were very impressed with Griffiths service. A quick phone call made the appointment and Chris arrived and serviced our cranky boiler and gas fire. Friendly, approachable, professional.

  We recently had a Daikin 16kW air source heating system installed by Griffiths Heating. Chris & his team were very professional, accommodating and pleasant. They worked very cleanly and tidily. We highly recommend them.

  We cannot praise and recommend Griffiths Heating and renewables enough ! We contacted them today AM as our central heating had gone off ,they were incredibly efficient from the first phone call , they turned up on time this afternoon and sorted out the problem without fuss and within twenty minutes our central heating was restored , they were excellent and we could not have asked for more , we cannot recommend them enough !

  The guys did great work bringing the plumbing in my house up to date. The work was done to a high standard, on time, and within the quoted price.

  Turned up early to take the radiator off the wall, right attitude, because I mentioned the carpet, and they did put protection socks on there shoes, but refused to do the job, there loss, need a attitude check.Avoid.

  All we did was refuse to work for you because we didn’t like how you interacted with us when we arrived at the job to remove the radiator. It’s as simple as that. You may consider this rude but as a business we get to choose who we have as customers - or motto is “high quality work for high quality customers”. You failed the second test.

  Griffiths Heating replaced our boiler. From initial call to completing the works, Chris was prompt, reliable and very knowledgeable .Very impressed in the quality of the Viesmann boiler and reasonably priced. Would highly recommend Griffiths Heating. Many thanks Chris.
