  I’ve been a customer of Jake at Integrated Energy since 2018. The first project he handled for us was the installation of a ground source heat pump during our farm renovation. Since then, he has installed solar panels on our barn and, most recently, a Tesla Powerwall battery expansion pack. Support from Jake has always been impeccable. He is consistently easy to contact, quick to respond, and goes far beyond what other companies offer. His engineering team has been equally impressive—polite, professional, and reliable. Karl, who leads the team, deserves special mention for his expertise and attitude. I would have no hesitation recommending Integrated Energy to anyone who needs their services. Pricing and lead times have always been very reasonable, and—most importantly—they have always turned up exactly when they said they would!

  We are very grateful for the excellent service provided by Jake and his team at Integrated energy. We are very pleased with our Stieble Eltron heat pump system. We particularly appreciated the time taken to explain our different options and what system would suit our property the best. Also we are thankful for the patience, as due to renovating our property, it took a long time for us to be ready to actually install the system. Also Jake managed to provide an interim solution, so we could have hot water available before the actual heat pump was installed.

  Fantastic company who endeavor to provide a good service to both new and existing customers. They put in a borehole ground source heat pump in my property back in 2015 and have maintained and serviced it since then. During all this time they have provided a good service. Over the last Christmas period, their service was excellent and over and above what I would have expected. At that time I had an issue with the pump, they were able to keep my GSHP running, until their engineer came out on the first Monday in January to fix the problem. I highly recommend this company.
