Great work from Ben and his team on my solar installation. The quotation was highly competitive, and Ben took the time to answer every question I had in detail throughout the process. The entire team was professional and a pleasure to deal with, completing the installation to a very high standard. I would not hesitate to recommend Byard to anyone considering solar.

  Owner's reply

Thank you for such a great review Mike- your solar system is off to a flying start despite the poor weather. Enjoy the savings and thanks for choosing us for your solar and battery project!

Ben installed an EV charger and solar panels. The whole process was simple (for us) from start to finish. The scaffolders were polite and quiet when putting up the scaffold. The roofer was friendly and professional, showing us photos of the roof before and after the solar was installed. Ben was on-site for 3 days and accommodated plan changes with professionalism and expertise. We would recommend Byard Electrical for your electrical requirements.

Amazing service! Ben has done a few bits in the past for me but tonight I had an emergency and he was over within 20 minutes and fixed the issue. Very reasonably price, polite, very knowledgeable! I would not use anyone else 5 star!

  Owner's reply

Thanks Kerry for taking the time to leave us a great review! I think you've definitely set the bar now for our response times! Take care.

Had the charger for my EV fitted today and highly recommend Byard Electrical. I asked lots of questions beforehand which were very patiently answered and so put my mind at ease for the install. Everything was explained during the installation process and the install itself was done quickly and the area was tidy afterwards. Didn’t even know he was here until the dog barked at him. Would definitely use again.

  Owner's reply

Thanks for a great review Sara- and what great dogs they were! All the best & enjoy your EV :)

First class service - from prompt reply to our enquiry, to regular contact by text and email . He arrived when he said and top rate install of zappi charger with complex ( to us anyway!) solar, heat pump , Eddie and battery to contend with . All necessary paperwork completed by Ben and knowledgeable , practical advice about use. Thanks so much Ben we would highly recommend you to others , just as Chat GPT did to us !!

  Owner's reply

Follow up visit for my Hypervolt Charger Install. My recent Hyoervolt install was a success, but Ben identified a number of irregularities, with my previous Solar and House Batteries installation by different contractors. I listened to his assessment and decided to go ahead with a meter box, upgrade and tidy up. Byard in my opinion are a very good Electrical & Renewables company. Ben was on time, listened (probably too much talking on my part) to my issues and understanding of this tech, and left only when I was happy with his work. Would I recommend Byard, yes I would. I have some potential changes in mind, with my current disjointed set up and will be talking to Ben first to give them the option to take on this work. Andrew.

  Owner's reply

Thanks very much Andrew for such a comprehensive review- I think this will really help other clients understand what level of service we offer. All the best and maybe see you again soon! B

We were impressed by the quality and care Ben took of his work on a previous visit so we asked him to do some other work for us. We were not disappointed. He went about the work with his usual efficiency, keeping us updated of what he was doing. Somehow he managed to change three single electric sockets in a brick wall to double USB sockets without damaging the surrounding plaster saving me repair work I had fully expected. His friendly, sociable approach was refreshing, showing flexibility by willingly completing an extra piece of work not included on the quote. His professionalism is second to none and the quality of his work outstanding. Thank you Ben.

  Owner's reply

One of our best reviews yet! Thank you both for the kind words and no doubt see you again. Thanks Kevin!

Ben provided a competitive quote and kept me fully updated ref arrival time on date agreed. He is fully qualified and has several years experience. All agreed work was completed to a high standard and I have already booked Ben to return, to complete further electrical upgrades to ensure the safety and compliance of my electricity supply. I highly recommend Ben.
