  Daryl, Jeff and the team at “Think Free Solar” provided a superb service, going the extra mile whenever they could. Professional with an attention to detail rarely seen these days.   Had a small technical issue with my system. One call to Daryl and he arranged for Jeff to come and sort it out even though he had a two hour drive to get here. Problem was resolved quickly and with the professionalism associated with Think Free Solar. Superb customer service, you wont find better.

  Simply a pleasure to work with. Daryl, Jeff and all the team at Think Free Solar are fantastic, truly helpful, with a professional attitude and a customer focused approach. Other installers wouldn't help us as we wanted a more unique setup (installed on our flat roof, building a veranda at the back for solar), but Think Free Solar listened to what we wanted and made it happen. Would without hesitation recommend their services to anyone.

  Having seen Think Free Solar install a system for my dad and the quality of the aftercare he has received, I was confident enough to go with them for my own home. Daryl was friendly, knowledgeable, straightforward and never pushy, taking the time to explain everything properly and answer all our questions. The installation by Jeff, Jonathan and the roofing team was brilliant. Friendly, punctual and left everything spotless. Jeff took the time to explain everything clearly. You couldn't have asked for a better crew on the day. Really happy with the system Daryl recommended and the quality of the whole service from survey to installation and beyond. Daryl and Jeff are incredibly friendly, easy to speak with and pride themselves in fostering positive relationships with their customers. Would have no hesitation recommending Think Free Solar to anyone.

  I have tried to get solar panels for a while. I shopped around and got a lot of different quotes; but daryl was more informative than any of the other companies. They completely kept me in the loop every step of the way. The delivery and installation aspect of the service was alot sooner than any of the other companies I looked at, and all of the guys came bright and early with a positive attitude. Jeff arrived with his team the installation and scaffolding was all completed in one day, which is very efficient. After the installation I had a few questions. And they have been very proactive and helpful, getting back to me very quickly. I would highly reccomend this company, it has been a wonderful experience and i have thoroughly enjoyed using them.

  From the initial contact to completion this is a very professional outfit. A team arrived promptly and got stuck into the job. They were courteous and finished in a day and did a good job. I like the fact that the company support you afterwards to get the best out of your system.

  I want to give 5 stars because the service from Daryl, Danielle & Jeff has been impeccable & continues to be. In the same vein, the service from Ben & John the electricians was equally to a very high standard. If I had to be slightly critical it would be purely based on the roofing team. Their tidying & precision wasn’t fully up to my high standards, finding the odd pieces of cut metal supports on roof. I’m sure if I’d have rung Daryl he would’ve got them removed but I shifted them. Ultimately, if someone wanted a recommendation I would still happily suggest “Think Free Solar” as I’ve felt very supported throughout the whole process. To fit 16 panels, inverter, three batteries & EV charger was all done within one day which was very impressive. I would definitely recommend being around on site on the day of fitting though to iron out any potential issues & it’s also very interesting tech.

  This is a very good company. On their first visit Daryl explained everything very clearly and then pressured Octopus Energy to get the Smart Meter working correctly ( fitted 27 months ago but never worked). Upon installation Jeff was very neat and tidy, then took time to explain to us how to access the information about our installation. We would certainly recommend this Company to anyone who is considering Solar.
