1Had no hot water, waited days for an appointment (fair enough), they came and looked at the boiler and said they'd order the parts and be in touch, After they'd left the heating also didn't work. I emailed and called for five days before I managed to get in touch with them, the parts hadn't been ordered. No offer to at least fix the heating which had worked before their visit. I got another company to fix the boiler and they pointed out that there were lots of unnecessary parts on the list of parts to order cambs heating had provided. I'd had previous dealings with Cambs Heating and they seemed okay in the past so Mayne management has changed?

5Very happy with the work performed by Jake replacing a bedroom radiator. He explained what the job entailed and was excellent in tidying up afterwards, you wouldn’t have known what had been done. I will definitely use Cambs Heating again if I have the need for more work on my central heating.

5I get my annual services and any other gas needs from Cam Heating. The engineer is very knowledgeable and extremely polite and mindful of my house.

5Just had Robert come over and fix a boiler issue: really nice guy, very knowledgeable and talked me through what he’d done. Diagnosed and fixed it in under an hour. Second time I’ve used this company any both times they’ve been great. Would recommend!

1Contacted Cambs Heating late November as my boiler was leaking water for a service and repair. They cancelled the first appointment the day of and it took multiple attempts at contacting them for them to reschedule the appointment. They implied that there was a chance they'd be able to fix the boiler on the day of the appointment but on the day the engineer told me they carried no parts on the van and that he was only there to service the leaky boiler?! I was told to re contact head office to book the repair in and they would send a quote through, I have heard nothing since from Cambs Heating and was left with a leaky boiler all through the December period. Would give less than 1 star if I could. I have no idea why they thought it was appropriate to service my leaky boiler and ignore the needed repair.

5Cracking service - after being messed around by a big company, Cambs Heating sorted out my new boiler quickly and professionally.

1We booked a repair for an issue we are having with our heating. Paid £120, the engineer came over, checked the installation and could not figure out what the issue was. Said that he would quote for a follow up to attempt some solutions which could potentially fix the problem, however we never received any follow up. I have attempted to call them numerous times, left voice mails, sent emails, nothing. Very disappointed. I expected more.

5We have used Cambs Heating for several jobs now (boiler service, chemical flush, appliance disconnection). On all occasions they have been excellent. Robert and Adam took time to explain what they were doing. Very polite. Very helpful suggestions. Always left the work area tidy. The appointments were scheduled around other work that we had ongoing, and they changed the appliance disconnection a couple of times so that it lined up with when we could get the new cooker/ electrician. We felt guilty about this, but they never once complained. There is a real sense they care about getting things right, and minimising hassle for you. Overall, we feel confident in all the work they do and look forward to using them again.
