  We had our heat pump installed in February this year with Richard and we have been highly satisfied with the installation process and the consultation leading up to it as well as the post-sales service. Richard helped us to make the right choice of a heat pump via a detailed heat loss survey and answering our numerous follow-up questions on the results and other aspects to consider such as the location of the heat pump and the water cylinder on the property. He co-ordinated not only the heat pump installation but also the underfloor heating installation via his partner firm JK. He was very organized throughout and offered flexibility when we had to change the installation schedule due to other work ongoing as part of our full renovation project. The heat pump itself is working seamless to date and Richard has also been providing great and prompt after sales service whenever we still had questions on how best to operate the system.

  We had our heat pump installed two years ago with Richard, and thus far it's been great. We're on a heat pump tariff with Octopus, and our bills have been dramatically reduced. I was concerned about whether low temperature heating would be enough to keep me warm, but it's the most comfortable and consit ant warmth I've ever had in a home. We previously had damp issues with normal gas central heating, which have also cleared up since having the heat pump installed and helped my asthma dramatically. We apparently have a very good efficiency rating and SCOP, no idea what that means myself, but my husband gets very excited by it so it must good! One of the most efficient systems in the UK apparently. He was happy we only had to replace three of our existing radiators and spent hours going over the geeky side of it all with Richard. After having our heat loss survey and upon meeting Richard we were completely reassured and confident in our decision to install a heat pump with Homestead Energy over competitors. Richard is very knowledgeable and experienced in his design and installation skills to ensure efficiency. He is polite, and courteous. He kept us well informed throughout the entire process and was on hand afterward to answer questions. Installation was quick, and our home was respected and left tidy.

  One of the more efficient systems in the country...absolutely. Viessmanns best (that was enetered into the comp) was somewhere at or below 4.75 scop...we don't add the extra costs of third party monitoring (about £1k extra for hardware and installation) but we do monitor and yours was at 5.0 SCOP last check!

  They installed a Viessmann heat pump for us about 18 months ago and we are so impressed with how comfortable the house is and the efficiency is showing as 4.9 or 490%.
