  Building management company organized some routine maintenance on my building's roof and my room started to leak since th scaffolding was put up. I tried to get in touch w the contractor doing the maintenance, they claimed they haven't seen anything wrong on the roof while my room was still regularly leaking during rain. I contacted MH Goldsmith who came out on the day, found broken tiles around the scaffolding. Covered it temporarily immediately and came back a few days later to replace the broken tiles. Thank you for the quick and great service and fixing what the original company refused to acknowledge.

  Driving down the A1 at 7:15 this morning near baldock turn off when your lovely employee in his signposted van threw KFC takeaway rubbish out of the drivers window. Not once, but three times. Hit my windscreen at 70MPH. Don’t hold much hope for his professional attitude if he can’t even throw his own rubbish in the bin. Probably not the most sensible to do that in a signposted van either, not very clever.

  Goldsmith builders have been working on our flats roof, I have had to speak to the manager previously as the builders had not been leaving the site in the evening in a clean manner which was resolved I thought, for only the last two days I'm having to walk through all dirt and plastic bits of rubbish (which is a trip and slip hazard) to enter the main entrance to the block and now they are not securing the ladder on the scaffolding when they leave at the end of the day, I would expect a board over the ladder so no one can access the scaffolding or able to access our properties, big health and safety issues. Very poor would not recommend this company at all. All pictures were taken at 6pm in evening no builders in sight and no one to contact about the issue. UPDATE So...... I spoke to a "manager" today or shall I say I got a load of abusive and a personal attack from the manager on the phone when I put my concerns across about there health and safety on the site. Just glad I recorded the call as obviously the gentleman didn't like speaking to a woman it seemed. He didn't seem to care only when I said I was glad I was recording this call. Also was told he didn't want to see or care about the pictures I have on how his builders have been leaving the site shows how unprofessional they are. Be very careful if this company.
