    Bad communication, dont confirm bookings. Didn't turn up twice! Had to explain this to them after they tried to make another booking! They haven't a clue whats been dine and what hasnt! Even though I spime to the same person Sunny on every occasion! I would not recomend them at all

    Such a brilliant service. I wasn't sure if I was eligible for this Government Grant, but I contacted National Eco, who found that I was and sent a Surveyor to my bungalow, who identified that our loft insulation wasn't correct and that we needed extra, modern. Insulation. Also, we were eligible for electric vents, for bathroom. Kitchen and lobby where I hang all our laundry. I was given a date for the works to be completed. On that day 2 companies arrived, 4 workmen in all who completed all the work within the morning. Having tidied up after themselves. I would recommend NATIONAL ECO to everyone.

    Daniel came and fitted a new boiler, Control system and TRV’s - the work was complete quickly, any mess was tidied up. The whole team from first contact to installation are brilliant, excellent communication, fast response when questions asked, open and transparent about the process and what can be expected/ delivered. I had problems getting the ECO4 funding with other companies. National ECO provided an excellent service throughout & I would be happy to recommend to anyone. Many thanks guys ;)

    If someone told me I would actually find a company that is invested in helping people for FREE I would say impossible but here I am with a newly fitted boiler and loft insulation.

    had loft insulation done a few days ago from national eco they were a friendly bunch who assisted me throughout the whole process Abi was amazing she kept me updated from start to end and i knew i could call her at any point if i had any questions a credit to the team thank you national eco 🙏🏼

    When I first got a call I was very sceptical as there is a lot of scam companies out there but honestly I am glad I decided to give them a go. Thank you soo much for the help and support it was really smooth and well organised. I’m enjoying my new heating now

    i recently had my boiler replaced by national eco i must add i was jubious at first i thought it was too good to be true,however , from start to finish they treated me with so much professionalism and kindness from sunny who assisted me throughout, to their installation team who all kept me updated along the process and made me feel like no request was too much i even asked for a different type boiler to what they typically use 😅 …. and they honered it with no questions asked i’ve even now recommended them to family and friends a brilliant company who clearly put the customers first !!

    I honestly cannot recommend you guys enough! You have really made a big impact and I am glad. The customer service team was soo helpful and informative throughout the whole process I knew exactly what work was being carried out and when. They ensured they treated me like a paying customer unlike some other companies I have dealt with who make you feel like they are doing you a favour so you should just take anything. Thank you guys again!

    Hi. To all the National Eco staffs that worked tirelessly to replace my boiler, i want to say thank you. You did an amazing job replacing my boiler and a great job with my loft insulation. The office staff and engineers on site communicated and worked as a team to deliver a great job. Having a shower post boiler replacement is what i looked forward to now.
