  I have been keen to install solar panels for some time, and after several months of exchanging emails with Alex exploring different configurations, I finally made the decision to proceed with a 14 panel solar array plus a Tesla battery. Throughout the entire planning phase, I deeply appreciated Alex’s responsiveness, patience, and highly detailed answers to my various technical, and probably occasionally noddy questions. His support was instrumental in helping me land on a setup that works for my home. The installation itself was incredibly efficient, taking just over two days to complete. I am very happy with how neat everything looks and how the system is working. Alex took the time to explain everything I need to know about the operation, and overall, I am incredibly satisfied with the customer service. I will likely extend my configuration in the future and install an air source heat pump (which is another area they cover) and I would have absolutely no hesitation in engaging Empowered Energy Services for that project too.

  Empowered Energy installed 18 Solar panels and a Tesla Powerwall 3. Integrating with an existing system (which was far from straightforward).   Absolutely thrilled with the service from Empowered Energy! I needed a Home Charging Point installed at very short notice and they managed to fit me in without any fuss. A huge shout-out to Alex, who was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He took the time to patiently talk through all the options and made sure the charger would integrate perfectly with my existing solar PV and battery system. He really listened to what I wanted (including exactly where I needed the unit positioned) and the finished installation is incredibly neat and tidy. Professional, knowledgeable, friendly and genuinely cares about getting it right for the customer. Couldn’t ask for more.   From making the decision to get an air source heat pump to installation and follow up Alex at Empowered Energy has been so helpful. From the start he was easy to contact and proactive with communication. He is clearly knowledgable about the technology, giving us lots of information, options and advice about the best pump for our home.
