  After it looked like I'd lost a Solar company quoting for the work I required, Helios were more than happy to help out when I contacted them via the MCS website. The quotation paperwork from my perspective was excellent and contained useful links for manufacturers warranties, something I had to ask for from the others. So the paperwork pre-empted those things. in the end the Pricing was competitive with the other two companies. and the deciding factor primarily came down to the location of the company relative to my location (as all other aspects were very close to each other), as that would make it easier for any follow up snags. If Helios were the same distance as the company eventually chosen, that would have probably swayed me to picking them as the provider. So the quote and communication side from my perspective was top notch and the only part of the process I'm commenting on as didn't go onto installation.

  Ben responded quickly to our call reporting a problem with our solar panels and we were up and running to full capacity within 24 hours.

  Ben installed our PV system including panels, inverter and battery. The quality of the work is second to none. Ben went above and beyond, to ensure it looks and works perfectly. He’s easy going and a pleasure to work with too.

  I wanted a fully integrated solar power system which would enable me to produce enough clean energy to live entirely off grid. He is extremely knowledgeable, honest, hard-working, a fantastic problem solver and can be trusted to deliver what you ask for, to a very high standard. He keeps you informed of everything as you go along, never cuts corners and is never daunted by complications or difficulties. You definitely feel like your property is in a safe pair of hands with Ben and his team. I am incredibly grateful that I found him and will certainly be coming back to him for future projects.
