  Required boiler move in kitchen. Scott came and had look at the job then sent me a quote. Owen and Rio came to do the job. They were both polite and friendly , had a look at what was required and then got on with protecting the areas they were going to be in. At the end of the first day, they cleaned up and left the job tidy. The second day was the same and when they had finished, the house was left in the same condition as it was found. The gas certificate arrived the next morning via email, as the admin for the job has been excellent throughout, keeping me updated with everything. A job well done by everyone involved.

  So pleased with the service provided by Owen and Rio when they came and fixed our malfunctioning radiator, that another plumber had failed to fix. A really pleasant couple of guys. Will be using Durham's again in the future for our plumbing and heating. Many thanks for the prep work your admin did before they attended. Very professional.

  Very happy with my new Worcester Greenstar 4000 boiler installation (recommended by Scott who is very helpful & knowledgeable). Have always been very impressed with Durham's knowledge, reliability & quality of workmanship on general plumbing and boiler servicing over several years. They were therefore the natural choice for my new installation. They always provide a very good reliable service - from all the lovely ladies in the office, to all the engineers on site. They remain a pleasure to do business with and deserve the loyalty they continue to instill in their customers. Thank you Durham's 😀

  If anyone else is like I was and wondering if there's got to be more to a service than the British Gas approach, get these guys out one time and it's clear. They're knowledgeable, helpful and will clearly explain things to you. I am absolutely confident that the work was carried out carefully and to a high degree.

  We are very happy with everyone we have had contact with in this company, both admin and the engineer. All very friendly, helpful and responsive. The engineer was lovely. We felt very confident with his work, he was efficient, informative and very friendly. We will be using this company from now on, to do the boiler servicing and replacement when the time comes for that.
