  Installed my Midea air source heat pump back in March via the BUS Grant. Installer sorted all grant paperwork, was punctual, tidy and explained everything simply. Works perfectly, keeps the house warm even on cold days, very quiet, and bills are much lower. Brilliant job — highly recommend!

From the very first chat at my door right through to the final installation and handover, this company was nothing short of perfect — honestly, I’ve never dealt with a team this professional, helpful, and genuinely caring. We decided to get both solar panels and an air source heat pump, and I’ll admit I was nervous at first — there’s so much to learn, grants to understand, and I’d heard horror stories of messy work or pushy salespeople. But they put every worry to rest straight away. The advisor took all the time in the world to explain exactly how everything works, walked me through every grant I qualified for, broke down the costs and savings in plain English, and never once pressured me or tried to upsell anything. They even showed me photos and spoke about other homes right here in our street they’d done, which made me feel 100% confident. When it came to installation, the team turned up exactly when they said they would — every single day. They were polite, tidy, and incredibly skilled. They treated my home like it was their own: protective sheets everywhere, not a speck of mess left behind, and they even moved things back and tidied up after themselves. They took extra care with my roof and heating system, explained every step as they went, and checked I was happy at every stage. The whole job was finished faster than they promised, and the quality of the work is outstanding — neat, tidy, and built to last. After everything was fitted, they sat with me for nearly an hour to show me exactly how to use everything, how to monitor my savings, and answered every single question I had — no matter how small. They sorted all the paperwork, registered everything for the government grants and payments, and even followed up a week later just to make sure everything was running perfectly. Now we’re up and running, the difference is incredible. Our home is warmer everywhere, no cold rooms anymore, and our energy bills have dropped by over £140 a month already! We’re generating our own electricity, heating our home for a fraction of the cost, and we haven’t paid a penny extra since they left.   Last year i looked into government funding for air source heat pumps , Due to the fact I was getting feed up of the rising cost for oil to heat my house. I then stumbled across Matt at finesse renewables , who was brilliant and his knowledge was first class . He then arranged for Connor to come and see me at my house in Powys wales.who carried a very professional and detailed assessment of my property and explained my options and how much funding was available to me. 4 weeks later Matt was at my house installing my new heat pump. So professional and seamless from start to finish. I was so impressed. I now work for Finesse Renewables and cover Shropshire and Powys areas.
