  January 26, we had a mishap with our Neston Martin mulitfuel burner. The first time the glass in the door had broken in 20 years. It was the in inner glazed leaf and Saxon said they could repair it no problem. It took them x3 attempts to get the retaining screws right, as they used domed head instead of flat head, as per originals. I wasnt that bothered, We got there in the end. However, after a few fires just over a month, the inner leaf which they reached broke without any visible cause. It wasn't overloaded and nothing leaning on the glass on the inside. I can only assume that the screws holding the glass were overtightened, which did not allow for expansion. I contacted the sales team, to report this issue but received no response 😑. I am very disappointed with this indifference on their part and they should not offer this service if they cannot provide it competently

Firstly, we are disappointed this wasn't reported at the time. We have had many satisfied customers over the past 46 years, which includes the door repair service we offer. Nobody in this area offers this service, and as you can see from the many 5 star reviews, we have saved our customers hundreds of pounds when they think they may require a new door, or even a new stove. Our staff are fully competent in all aspects of the services we provide, with the majority working for the company for over 25 years. We are sorry to here of your 'mishap.'

  From the initial survey through to the completed installation, everyone we've dealt with has been fantastic. The customer service is second to none, there is no high pressure sales pitch and everything was discussed and explained thoroughly.   My husband and I purchased a stove from this store several weeks ago. The staff were extremely knowledgeable about products, guided us on the size of stove for our room and offered a very competitive price. Delivery was flawless and aftercare has been exemplary. I highly recommend this team.

  Simon went above and beyond helping us with purchasing a new wood burner, he explained how it works , the do's and don'ts to make sure it runs as cost effective as possible.Simon helps us with everything required for a full installation even rang the fitter go make sure everything was correct and ordered for a smooth installation, quick delivery.Highly recommend Saxon as fantastic customer service as well as plenty of choice to suit all budgets.
