  We received excellent support from Wow Energy. We were able to organise the installation of an EV charger easily. They arrived on time, worked efficiently and professionally, and stayed on site until all snagging issues were resolved. They also provided a lot of additional support making sense of the various app settings that we needed to understand. Couldn’t recommend them more highly.

  Simon and team fitted solar panels to our roof and a 5kW battery, working with our then builder who made a mess of the underlying battens, so Simon's team had to remove and re-instal. Simon and his team were very professional, methodical, efficient and clean / tidy. The Enphase solar panels are fabulous as they are installed directly onto the roof, rather than above the tiles so there is less roof maintenance required. The Enphase system is better for us due to less maintenance, micro-invertors on each solar panel and excellent power generation / storage capabilities, in comparison to what is generally installed in the UK. WOW subsequently installed a 2nd 5kW battery for us and worked with Enphase to resolve a fault with no effect on us, or interruption to our solar generation or battery storage capability. We can't recommend WOW Energy enough. The original installation and follow-up assistance has been excellent. Simon and his team are a pleasure to deal with, provided an excellent installation at a good price.

  Simon and the Wow Energy team installed a new solar panel and battery storage system, together with an EV charger at my home in Marple. I chose Simon and Wow because of the attention to detail and customer service when seeking quotes - feeling that Simon would do a high quality job which would be a good investment in the longer term. Simon and team identified roofing issues behind the tiles when installing the system, which had been my fear given the age of the roof. However, this was resolved in a very effective manner, utilising Simon's contacts and finding a really good balance between practical advice, excellent teamwork with roofers and real drive to help get the problems fixed, whilst adapting the PV system design given the need for a new roof. Simon and the team (Rick, Jason) were all very professional, open and filled me with a lot of confidence through the process. I'm really pleased with the end result, which is both a roof and a PV system that should now last us for decades. Easy to deal with, reliable and professional - I would highly recommend Wow Energy.

  After a bodged installation by another installer (Positive Energy Solutions), Simon undertook an independent inspection and ultimately the remedial works. Simon and his team completed the work to a high standard, and Simon was always on hand to help with any questions.

  Faultless from start to finish! Simon and his team were professional throughout, making sure we fully understood solar, the benefits and which would be the best system for us and our home usage. His prices are very competitive and we chose his company based not only on the initial meeting and product but also for the aftercare we know we will receive. Installation was quick, the team were tidy and kept any disruptions to a minimum. We can't recommend Wow Energy highly enough and after several quotes with other companies, we are so pleased we chose them and can't wait to see the benefits of our new system.

  WOW Energy have been absolutely fantastic. They recently installed and commissioned two additional Enphase 5P batteries for us, taking our system up to 20 kWh — and the whole experience has been outstanding from start to finish. Every stage, from the first enquiry and quotation right through to installation and handover, was handled with real efficiency, clear communication, and impressive professionalism. The team clearly know their stuff, and the quality of their work shows it. What really sets WOW Energy apart is their after‑sales support. After we upgraded our power supply from 60 A to 100 A, they jumped straight in and remotely tweaked and optimised the system at no extra cost. Quick, proactive, and incredibly helpful — exactly what you hope for but rarely get. A brilliant company to deal with and a genuinely positive experience all the way through. Highly recommended.

  Very happy with the service we received from Simon & Kerry. Very professional and friendly and a great team too. Clear explanation of what we needed and worked well with the roofers that were also replacing part of our roof. Carefully went through how it all worked afterwards… just looking forward to a bit more sun so that we can see the real effects! However, that is beyond Simon & Kerry’s control!!!

We can't promise to improve the Cheshire weather but are pleased you have an solution that uses Enphase micro-inverters as these work better in our regularly overcast weather conditions so this means we don't need to do a rain dance!
