5I got recommended SEP ltd by my neighbor to do a boiler and radiator changes. They saved me over £2500 if I had gone ahead with quotes from other companies. They are a bunch of super friendly people, very kind and accommodating. I can not thank them enough 👍🏾

5An absolutely professional job undertaken efficiently and with courtesy. The engineers were clearly very experienced and kept me appraised on progress. They were exceptionally tidy in their working practices and cleaned up impeccably as they went along and at the end of each day. At the end of the job a comprehensive understandable explanation of the installation was provided along with instructions on usage. A trouble free experience from the initial survey through to completion. Good value for money. I would definitely use the company again and unreservedly recommend to others.

3In 2024 I contacted SEP to get the boiler in the house I was in the process of buying serviced. It took a while for them to understand that I was not in the house yet and I was told it was an 'unusual request'. I found this hard to believe it was the first time they had a customer servicing a boiler for the house they were about to purchase, but I needed it done quickly and they got it done. I hired them again in Nov 2025 to service the boiler and told the engineers that it was losing pressure very quickly but there were no leaks in the radiators or pipes. They serviced the boiler, checked for leaks and explained what they had done very well and clearly, but unfortunately after the service I then had to top up the pressure every day. I contacted SEP again to have someone come look at it again, and they quickly called and sorted it out for me. The customer service on the phone was great and they were very kind. The engineer who came, Richard, recommended I replace the boiler and said he would send me some quotes, then before he left, suggested I discuss it further with 'Dad...or Santa'. I'm the sole homeowner, and I can't imagine the engineer saying this to his other customers, particularly a male homeowner. They then charged me another £72 for that, but they did replace the external filling loop to make it easier for me to top the pressure up. Somehow at age 30, without any help from a parent or a fictional figure, I got a cheaper quote for a better boiler from a different company who didn't make any such remarks, so I will be using them instead.

Requesting a service for a house you don't own is an extremely unusual request - the process is usually dealt with by the current owner. 5Just used SEP to put a new gas connection in a service our boiler as well as fixing a fault on the boiler. Absolutely great service , wouldn’t hesitate to recommend
