  Can’t recommend them highly enough. Really helpful advice prior to placing my order for a Sunamp heat battery. Good communication prior to installation. Installation was done really professionally, to a very high standard, exceptionally neat and tidy. The fitters went above and beyond to ensure I understood how the system was configured and was happy with everything.

  We moved to Lancaster in 2021. Since moving into our first home, we had a few issues, namely boiler, central heating, and plumbing issues simply because our house is old, and the systems in it are old. Out of all the companies, we decided to try Metcalf Cooling & Heating Services first based on the Google reviews and it being a local company. Since our first callout, we have never looked back. They are timely, professional, and have always been able to solve any problem we have had. During the last 4 years, we have gotten to know Phil, Jordan, Chris, not to mention their lovely receptionist - they are all friendly and exceptionally knowledgeable. What impressed me the most is this year, we had some financial difficulty in our family, and Phil was able to tailor a fantastic solution for us that really went above and beyond what I would expect of "any" company. They really cared, which in today’s day and age, for me is rare, and goes a long way in my eyes. All in all, we would highly recommend Metcalf Cooling & Heating Services, and the entire team. You have a customer for life with us based on offering such an amazing service over the last 4 years, at a good price, and really going above and beyond as both people and a company.

  Our boiler recently stopped working and required a repair. We ended up calling Phil after another tradesmen failed to get back to us, and he did exactly what we needed him to with zero fuss. Everybody we dealt with in person and on the phone was friendly, helpful and professional. Within a couple of days, we had the part replaced and a functioning boiler once again. Phil also took the time to study our boiler and made some follow-on suggestions for things to look out for at our next annual service. Excellent service and just what we needed, would highly recommend.

  Our boiler broke on Christmas Eve and the only Plumber that would help, was Phil. We wont use anyone else. He's straight, knowledgeable and honest. His team are great. He's far more than a plumber. Cooling and heat pumps with honest advise. You will not be disappointed.
