  I had a Vaillant Arotherm Plus 7kW Heat Pump installed by UK Renewables. The team were great, especially Nick and Rob, very knowledgeable and flexible with what they quoted and installed. They were also able to re use our existing Mixergy Hot Water Tank. During the install they were on time, tidy and minimised disruption as we were working from home at the time. Quick to reply to questions after the install. I would recommend them to anyone else thinking of getting a heat pump.

  UK Renewables installed a heat pump for me, on a tight timeline. From the first conversation, they were knowledgeable,. professional, and friendly. The energy survey they conducted was thorough, and the surveyor took the time to understand all the peculiarities of my peculiar house. I was genuinely delighted with the service I received and would highly recommend them to anyone.

  Great service, great install and price. 5 out of 5! UK Renewables came to our assistance when a previous Heat Pump company we had signed-up with went into liquidation before delivering or fitting any items and left us over the winter and spring with no heating or hot water. The team were really helpful, conducting a site survey and providing a clear itemised quotation and heat loss chart. The install was done quickly and efficiently with quality Valliant parts, working in partnership with my builder and other trades on site to ensure an effective delivery within tight time parameters. The engineers help set up the control and management system linking in the hot water tank with the solar panels via an Eddy unit. Quick, accurate and efficient installation at a price that was better than the first company we planned to go with that went into liquidation. The team were able to answer all our questions by email or phone and we felt supported and valued as customers. Well recommended and we are very pleased with UK Renewables.

  Great service from the initial survey through the installation and follow up. Great value product and very accommodating during the install, left the house in a great condition and were respectful at all times.

  We started our green energy journey and Ukrenewables helped us to achieve our objectives. A very reliable local company who did their level best to keep us informed all the way. The odd snags were quickly dealt with and we have no hesitation in recommending hem to anybody who needs assurance in getting a heat pump installed. Their pricing was reasonable, initial heat loss calculation was thorough and delivery was prompt and professional.
