  The work was carried out on behalf of my 90 year old Mum. She was VERY happy with the work done, she said the two young men who did the installation were polite, very knowledgeable and cleaned up after them. Many thanks to everyone concerned.

  After requesting help from a veterans group I was put in-touch with Simply Eco. The arrangements made over the phone to agree a date and allowed me to make more personal arrangements due to living with C-PTSD and being alarmed by loud noises and not being told when they are intentional. The arrangements included details about who was arriving, names, how long they would be in my home, and what work needed to be completed, and to make them aware that I have a mental health issue. The whole experience from the initial phone call to meeting the 2 men who completed the work was so organised. The understanding from the lads was really calming and respectful towards me. They were here for several hours but at no time did they bother me. Once the boiler was installed I was shown a couple of times how it worked as well as the booklets. The lady who arranged it was incredibly understanding and didn’t talk to me as if I was being a pain because I need time to process my thoughts and this job was a big undertaking for me with my mental health diagnosis. I really recommend the company for anyone who requires a new combination boiler. All the company representatives / workmen were incredibly supportive and to my needs.

  I've given 5 stars for the work done and the team that did the work. The only problem I had was the long wait for the boiler even though all of the other work was done, and my boiler kept breaking down while waiting. Very disappointing, but came good in the end.
