  I made a mistake to use them, they were extremely active and following up closely until installation and once the installation done they disappear and not been helpful at all, it’s been now over a month malfunction occurred in the installed batteries but no one had bothered to be able to get this matter solved. I wish I could have seen the reviews before chosing them. Everytime I message the guy he says I am in meeting whereas when the installation was not done he was even messaging me day night weekend and now completely disappeared.

  We don’t normally respond to flyers but we had been toying with the idea of solar for a while and so we thought we would get a quote. The sales guy who came to see us was really professional and thorough with his presentations/performance measurements. We were actually quite impressed with solar full stop, so we received other quotes to compare companies/solar systems/knowledge etc. For us the whole Spark team came out miles on top. We really appreciate Jay taking the time out to go through everything with us again before he left. He didn’t leave until he was sure we were happy with everything. Spark kept me up to date with all the progress/scaffolding/applications etc. We have had a 6kw system installed with a battery. Happy with the results thus far.

  Keith helped us understand the benefits and was very honest with how everything would or wouldn’t work for us. We have also been over the moon with Lee and Jay. They have honestly been first class installers. The rain has been horrendous but they have just cracked on every day. Our system looks second to none, and nothing has been too much trouble. Everything was left clean and tidy and our system is working as we had been told. Looking forward to the benefits over the coming years. Thanks.

  The team of young men that visited were polite, professional and kept my house tidy. The whole experience was pleasant overall. I had some questions and I felt that these were all answered, those I have spoken to on the phone have been patient and informative.   From the initial meeting with the sales guy, who was knowledgeable and explained everything clearly, to the final installation I was very happy with the entire journey. Installers arrived on time. I had regular telephone contact from the sales office during the process to ensure that all was good and made me confident that I could contact them at any time for help and advice. All in all a good experience and would fully recommend Spark to others.

  Cannot recommend Spark highly enough. Don't understand the negative reviews here. We had Spark to install our solar panels and battery last July and we haven't looked back. Process was brilliant from start to finish. With energy prices going up it really is a no brainer, and look no further than Spark for your solar installation.

  I couldn’t be happier with the service from Spark Home. From start to finish they’ve been a pleasure to deal with — friendly, professional, and really helpful. The aftercare has been excellent, especially when I couldn’t quite figure out my monitoring system. It’s been great to have such a nice local team providing such good support. Highly recommend!
