  I have posted a review before, just after our installation but wish to add further. 3 weeks ago, Sig energy issued notice of an inverter upgrade under warranty due to an AC plug melting. Green Bulb have chased relentlessly for the module to be sent but Sig have dragged their heels. Last night our inverter went pop with the issue highlighted by Sig. bearing in mind this is a bank holiday weekend and a Sunday, I contacted James, Oliver and Henry and within a couple of hours, both directors attended the property, reinstated our heat pump which was also knocked off line, ensured the inverter and batteries were safe and checked our internal electrics. They also completed a full report for Sig for the replacement. How many directors of solar companies would come out on a Sunday over a Bank Holiday, not even involving their staff! It is worth bearing this level of aftersales service in mind when you consider other companies. It just reinforces my choice of provider.

  Green Bulb Energy Ltd have just installed a 10 Solar Panel installation at my property. Right from the very first meeting with the Manager, Oliver he took the time to answer all of my questions and queries in a concise and straight forward manner with no hard sell. Communication between Green Bulb Energy and myself has been extremely timely and laid out very clearly. I can't fault the installation or the two guys from Green Bulb Energy who carried out the work to such a high standard and the whole installation was finished in one day. Great to see Oliver arrive in the afternoon to check how things were going and to see if there were any issues which there weren't. Just awaiting the handover pack which Oliver is dealing with and then the system will be fully up and running. I can honestly say I would highly recommend Green Bulb Energy for an extremely competitive quotation, and a very high quality installation. Very impressed when the guys tidied up behind them that you wouldn't know they'd been. So to sum up if you're looking for Solar Panels give Green Bulb Energy Ltd a call I'm sure like me you'll be delighted with the outcome. Thanks again Oliver and Team.

  Thanks to the team for a quick start to the project, and for working through the strong sunshine (just in time) this last week. Changed from the original quote to microinverter system due to some reasonable challenges for the original scope - very happy with it and definitely the right install in the end. Looking forward to getting some export rates setup once the paperwork all in the bag!
