  Matt has been servicing our boiler for years. Always polite, on time, answers quickly and uses a software to book his services that keeps you up to date. It was a pleasure to deal with Matt, especially as he always has been patient to explain us everything we wanted to know, and always with a smile. Now, we needed to replace our old boiler. We have been offer solid and informed options and we are extremely satified of the result. The new boiler is very silent and ready for hydrogen. The pipe work is spotless and we barely had to clean once the job was done. Matt was kind enough to come back twice to adjust a few things. I will continue using Matt services, espescially for the stress free experience. I cannot recommend Matt enough.

  We engaged Matt's services for the repair and maintenance of our Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP). Finding a qualified technician for this specific task was challenging, but Matt proved to be both highly professional and efficient. His booking system is excellent providing timely updates and a confirmed arrival window. He has completed two separate service calls for us, and on each occasion, the workmanship was exceptional. We are thoroughly satisfied and can endorse his services without reservation.

  From start to finish Matt was so friendly & professional and has done a fantastic job of installing a new boiler in my home. He went out of his way to fit my job in as soon as he could as I'd recently moved to a house which had a very inefficient boiler. I will not hesitate to use his services again & can highly recommend him.

  We have just used Matt to re-board and replace shower and cubicle, together with putting in new bath and taps in our bathroom. All done to high standard and very clean work. Also came and addressed a separate plumbing issue - Highly Recommended!

  Did work in my house pipes are not straight also . Toilet bangs when you flush. Leak on the radiator he fitted. The trap in the shower wrong one . Water flows into our bedroom.

  Don't know why I haven't done this before... Excellent service again from Matt. We have just had him in to replace our old, rusty single panel radiators and valves, change some pipework, chemical clean and a proper Power Flush of our central heating system. We left our keys with Matt while we were away on holiday and came back to a lovely warm house and NO MESS at all. We've had Matt do a lot of jobs for us over the years and he ALWAYS exceedes expectations. Very reasonable prices. Always punctual. Always very polite. Always keeps mess to a minimum. Trust his work 100%. A+ / *****
