  I had a disappointing experience with this solar installation service. The system installed on our roof stopped working within just a few days, which was very frustrating. Based on my experience, the materials used did not seem to be of good quality. I tried reaching out to the owner, Lee, regarding the issue, but the response was not as helpful as I expected. I would recommend others to carefully consider their options before choosing this service.

  Lee provided an excellent service. Full, easily understood estimate. All the work carried out as scheduled and costed. Absolutely delighted with end result, particularly now that we're exporting electricity back to the grid via our solar panels. Am constantly recommending to friends.

  Our solar panel system is 10 years old and we'd no idea why it stopped working suddenly. Amongst the few quotes that we have got, Lee was the only one that could explain the various scenarios which might have caused the issue with potential fixing costs. More importantly, his team had prepared accordingly by bringing the spare parts with them. We really appreciate his swift responses, knowledge as well as his patience with us. His team was also very polite, efficient and professional, helping us to install a new inverter and cleaning the solar panels within an hour. He himself had also followed up the situation for a few days before sending us the bill! We highly recommend Lee and his team for any solar panel maintenance service.

  Lee and the team installed a "Glow Green" solar system for us recently consisting of two batteries, the inverter and 20 panels across two facings of the roof. Throughout they were friendly, efficient and took a great deal of care to ensure everything was done neatly. They spent a good period of time going through the options of where to place the batteries and inverter when it was revealed the place chosen in the plans wasn't going to work and reassessing where a number of the panels would best fit around the ventilation system which meant the basic roof plan needed some adjustment. Highly recommended and if I need any further work doing I would go directly to them.

  I contacted Lee and the team about moving the inverter for our solar panels, they responded really quickly and gave me a quote on the day I first contacted them. They completed the job withing the week and have done a great job. I couldn't be happier, they will be he first people I contact for any other improvements we need.

  I cannot recommend Solec Energy and their engineer Lee highly enough. I needed urgent solar panel works completed over a weekend at incredibly short notice due to my house sale. They stepped up immediately, sourced everything needed and had Lee out the same day. Lee was professional, efficient and his communication throughout was excellent, keeping me updated every step of the way. Pricing was also extremely competitive given the urgency.
