  Our Boiler broke on sunday and Paul and his team arrived on Tuesday morning and fitted a new boiler, they was punctual and completed the job to a high standard, job area was left clean and tidy. Will use again

  I have recently moved to Essex and had a very bad leak from my hot water cylinder after calling several plumbers and the last person I called and the first person to come to the rescue was Paul . He had a look explained everything in detail that I needed to know and gave me a quotation that same evening and the following day he had me booked in and carried out the work to a very high standard . I don't normally recommend many people but Paul is definitely at the top of my list . Such a polite and respectful guy Thank you .

  Paul is first and foremost a great professional. He is very kind and he explained to me and my wife (multiple times) what was the best option for our bathroom, and he was also able to resolve a long standing issue we had been dealing with for months. Very patient and knowledgeable, he delivered as expected and it was available for us when we had doubts or questions. On the cost side, he was also a little less expensive then other people who gave us completely wrong information and impracticable solutions. I would definitely recommend his company. 5 stars and well deserved!

  I recently had a plumbing issue that several other plumbers couldn’t resolve. After multiple failed attempts and wasted time, I contacted Paul, and I’m so glad I did! He was incredibly professional, punctual, and knowledgeable. Unlike the others, Paul quickly identified the root cause of the problem and explained the steps they would take to fix it. His expertise was immediately clear, and he worked efficiently to complete the job. What really impressed me was his availability even after the installation. I hadn’t fully understood some of the things he explained during the job, but when I contacted him afterward, he was more than happy to walk me through everything again, with patience and clarity. If you’re looking for a reliable and skilled plumber who can handle even the toughest jobs, I highly recommend Paul. You won’t be disappointed!
