  Jake and Robbie of JC Plumbing have been our preferred heating and plumbing engineers for a number of years. This year they refitted our bathroom for us and we are delighted with the results. The refit improved on the original design in a room with challenging layout. It has been finished to a very high standard, being completed on schedule and within budget. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. They are a pleasure to deal with.

  Jake and Robbie have helped with plumbing issues many times and fitted a new boiler for us yesterday. As always they were on time and completed the work cleanly and efficiently. Jake explained the workings of the new boiler and registered it for us which was very helpful. Would always recommend JC Plumbing as they are friendly and reliable.

  Jake and his team provide an excellent service. I have several properties around Gravesend, and they’ve been handling plumbing work for me for many years. Their work has included installing brand-new heating systems, fitting new bathrooms, and carrying out general maintenance for any plumbing issues that arise. They are always punctual, professional, and leave every property clean and tidy after the job is done. I wouldn’t use anyone else and would highly recommend them.

  Jake and his brother are friendly and competent enough but the cost of their labour doesn't match the quality of their workmanship. Had the guys fit in a new bathroom and was expecting it to be absolutely top notch for the price I was paying but they will find ways to make things quicker/easier for themselves rather than doing things best practice. Quality of their work is average and their cost should reflect that. Would avoid for any big projects but can come in handy on small jobs or if you're desperate to get a plumber in.

  Paid in fall for 2 sinks to be install and a new boiler, I was told the work was completed and to pay the remaining payment, which I did. My partner noticed nothing was completed, the pipes were leaking and many other faults. Which he already knew, but failed to say before we noticed (which was straight after he left), the sink doesn’t drain, it’s an absolute mess. Worse experience ever, money was completed wasted, because we have had to book with a new plumber, and pay all over again. Also very unprofessional, I have requested an invoice for bookkeeping which he said he would provide, but nothing has been sent, although I explained my dissatisfaction, and wanting the invoice to move on from this bad experience, still nothing. If you want a rushed, rubbish job, or to waste your time or money book him. No regards for small business, this has set us behind big time.

  The team at J.C Plumbing were fantastic from start to finish. Our bathroom needed to be completely gutted and we now have an amazing new room. Everything was fitted exactly how we agreed and Jake's suggestions really helped us to picture what we wanted. For such a big job, I was impressed with not only the quality of the work but also how tidy our house was left. I would highly recommend J.C Plumbing.
