    After months of other engineers trying to sort our old air source heat pump, Mat diagnosed the fault in less than an hour In the weeks running to Christmas baileys managed to not only locate a slim line cylinder that was needed but also assemble a team of 4 engineers who managed to replace our heat pump, cylinder, several radiators and get us up and running in just a day. 3 days before christmas! The guys were great with everything including our needy and very inquisitive dog. All the work was carried out to a very high standard and the guys were extremely professional and friendly. Cant really fault them, even tried their best to avoid bringing in the muddy bog that is our patio area currently. Mat and the team were fantastic and we are extremely grateful for their help. Would highly recommend the company on this basis.

    Eric was truly a gent even made sure I had all my radiators bleed and made sure I was happy very kind of him and I'm sorry the lady taking all my calls for the last week is truly amazing making sure my job was done being helpful with the timing of the job as I work in a school you are very lucky to have these 2 people working for you thank you again

    I’ve used Bailey’s Heating Company on a number of occasions now to assist with some of my projects. The office team are always polite and organised & all engineers I have encountered have been knowledgable, prompt and meticulous. I would highly recommend.

    Promised us a slot between 8 and 12, we phoned at quarter to 12 as nobody had arrived. Receptionist was rude, told me she spoke to me when booking and definitely said 8 til 4. Me and my partner both heard her say 8 til 12. She then kept talking over me 'I definitely would've said 8 til 4, you must not have heard me'. Also offered no ETA other than repeating the engineer would be there 8 til 4. Just another way of telling me she has no idea where her engineers are or that she doesn't care. Either way really rude and unhelpful receptionist. Tyler and Oscar who arrived to fix the hot water have bumped this review from a 1 to a to 3 by providing 5 star service. Both polite, fixed the fault on the spot which was the 3 way valve. Worked very clean, left no mess at all. Could not ask for more from them. Brilliant. Overall a 3/5 if BHC sort out their rude receptionist (I have seen more reviews on here regarding this issue) then they will be a 5 star company in my eyes.

    Sent over and absolute jobs worth who took a call on the landing and woke the baby up.

Our engineers are required to be reachable by phone to manage their urgent scheduling and site-to-site work. However, we recognize that the noise caused a disturbance, particularly by waking your baby. The engineer has been reminded to keep all necessary phone calls strictly limited in duration and to maintain the lowest possible volume while moving through residential buildings to ensure minimal disruption to our tenants. We appreciate you bringing the noise issue to our attention so we can reinforce this policy. Mandatory Safety Checks The primary purpose of the visit was to ensure the alarms within the property are operational. During the check, the engineer noted that the smoke alarm had been removed, we have reported the missing alarm and have instructed a replacement to be fitted as they are in place solely for the protection and safety of you and your family.     Very, very rude receptionist she cut the phone while I was still speaking. I do not recommend this company disgusting behaviour. I did not get her name but she should be fired.

    Just had a new boiler and pump installed at our home, Bailey's Heating Company were recommended to us by our son who had previously used them. We were kept updated about installation by the lady in the office. Matt and Oscar arrived promptly at 8am they respected our home using dust sheets, we went out for a few hours leaving them to get on with their work, Matt gave us a ring when they were almost finished and waited to show us how everything worked. I can honestly say you would never know any work had been carried out the place was left spotlessly. I would highly recommend

    So grateful to finally get my water and heating system working properly after over 4 years of problems following a poor installation from another company! Had several engineers from different companies over the years saying they couldn’t even find a problem and disregarding my observations… Mark from Bailey’s was here only an hour and managed to work out the problem and resolve it. Can’t be happier to have this stress removed and things back on track!

    A big "THANK YOU" to James. I forgot all about my heating safety check this morning. JAMES phoned, when he couldn't get in. Waited until we could organise entry, Sorted everything out, replaced the batteries in the sensor, what a star.. well done James.. someone give him a pay rise .. he deserves it. Brilliant customer service.. Baileys Heating have Brilliant staff. Thank you

    Baileys are excellent and done lots of work at my property, the girls are great on the phone and get the jobs sorted and the engineers I’ve had are brilliant, Eric came today and sorted the heating out and he’s top notch and a terrific fella aswell and 💯 on the ball with his work . So glad they are here for any probs I have . 10/10 Many thanks Mr Adam Peach Stacey bushes
