  Brilliant experience all round, helped me out in a jam when my oil fired boiler decided it was time for a break. Andy sourced all the parts and worked with the manufacturer to bring it back to life, finishing up on a weekend to get us going. Great service, friendly advice, highly recommended.

  I first employed Andy in 2024 after I had been informed by Anglian Water about a water leak at my property. Andy was able to locate and repair the leak fairly quickly, which was something that Anglian Water failed to do. Since then I have asked Andy to do several more plumbing jobs for me, from fitting radiators to replacing a shower. He is always prompt, communicative and his work is always neat and tidy. Would definitely recommend.

  Andy has done several jobs for us recently including underfloor heating installation and servicing our boiler. Some jobs were not as straightforward as others but he never faltered.   First class job, all you ever want is a company you can trust and are knowledgable. Andy was brilliant and he did a great job. They turned up when they said and did a really neat job, they cleared up at the end and now we have a toasty warm house. If you want a first class job at a reasonable price then Andy is your man.

  Andy recently serviced my air source heat pump and boiler. He was very helpful and thorough. He even cleaned the air source unit which my previous service engineer never did. Very pleased with the service and highly recommend.

We were very impressed with his knowledge and pricing. He came next day fitted boiler made sure we had heating and hot water that day.

  My old indoor oil fired combo boiler was as old and as broken as a politicians promise, I I had been looking around to get a new one. I researched and found out that with the £7500 government grant meant a new heat pump and radiators was going to be cheaper than just a replacement boiler. I prefer to use local Trades People as I think if we don’t use such companies we will lose them. I drew up a short list of three and met and asked for a quote. I made my choice on not just budget, but honesty and knowledge - I chose Andy. From the start he was open and honest; came. When he said and worked to a very high standard. (Photos below). When a separate snag presented itself, Andy kindly offered to fix the leaking pipe as he was passing - it may have been a simple thing, but that honesty is worth its weight in gold. I might take my time getting up to speed with setting the heat pump up through the seasons, but I am very happy with my choice of installer. Thanks Andy

  Fantastic work by Andy, we had a difficult job converting from an old internal oil boiler to a new external combi that other tradesman had turned down due to the complexity of the task. Andy did the job to an incredibly high standard, including removing the old boiler and associated water tank etc, routed new pipework/wiring and installed the boiler. The quality of his work was impressive and cleaned up after each day which made a nice change for a tradesman. Andy even organised our warranty. I can't speak highly enough of his work and will only be using his expertise in future for our plumbing/heating works. Highly recommended!
