Hi, recommend speaking to James if you’re thinking of solar panels before or after you speak to any big company . clearly could see the savings from minute one the solars was connected through the app. The difference in advice and price was exceptional, thank you, James

  JC Electrical Leeds is a professional, friendly company: they're knowledgeable about solar panels and batteries and took time to explain just how to make both work effectively for me. James genuinely gives one confidence that he and his workforce really 'get' the products they're working with. They even checked back a week or so later to ensure I was getting the right data via the battery. All guarantees were sent through in good order and they're still being really helpful (and making a special trip into York) when I encountered a new WiFi problem some months later. Highly recommended!

  From initial quote to final installation James and the team couldn’t do enough. Firstly the quote was cheaper than the other 10 I had. The team arrived the day after the scaffold went up on Good Friday. The roofers installed the panels within the day but the team were fighting storm Dave so conceded about 2:00pm and returned on Tuesday to finish off. The roofer also replaced some tiles and fitted a chimney cap for me. Which I’m very grateful for. Overall I would recommend them (which I have already) to anyone wanting a good, clean and competitively priced system. I just need the a paperwork sorting out now cause I’ve already given octopus £13.50 for free🤣 Well done James, keep up the great work. 👏👏

  JC Electrical were recently engaged to carry out EICR inspections at three of my tenanted properties. They carried out the inspections and provided the reports in a timely manner, presenting clear options for the remedial work required. The subsequent work was carried out to a very high standard and I’m extremely happy with the service I received. Thanks to James and the team.   James Cohen of JC Electrical installed my solar panels in Spring 2025 and I was extremely impressed throughout the process. He was efficient, tidy, considerate, and very easy to talk to — happy to explain things clearly without any jargon. He worked seamlessly with my roofer and builder, to the extent that they’ve since gone on to work together on other jobs, which says a great deal about how well he collaborates on site. The installation was well organised and carried out with care and professionalism. James has also been excellent with after-service support and follow-up, and his pricing was very reasonable. I would have no hesitation in recommending him.

  Working with James and his team has been a complete joy. I had engaged many suppliers (including the usual national companies), and none of them were as forthcoming, flexible, patient and as knowledgable as JC Electrical - right from the first phone call right through to completion, they were totally on the ball. We were able to thoroughly discuss a range of options for equipment, ecosystem and implementation practicalities. There was nothing that was too much trouble. James is one of the very few contractors that I've felt wanted to do a good and proper job - more than myself. It is a true rarity. I'd recommend these guys in a heart beat to anyone.

  James and his team installed 6 panels on our roof this summer. He worked well with our roofing team to install the panels round new Velux windows and stayed late to overcome some connection issues to get the system up and running. James is very approachable and happily came back to help us make sense of the app.
