  I had 16 panels and 2 x 5.2 kWh Duracell batteries installed by HES. Martin was very knowledgeable, efficient and informative from start to finish. Nick, Ollie and Alfie who installed the system were great and Nick explained everything and answered all my questions. Martin and Nick remain very supportive post installation in helping me navigate the system. I would highly recommended HES and will use them again when I have an EV charger in the future. Thanks very much for a great service.

  This was truely a 5 star experience. The attention to detail from start to finish stands out. I had a 10 panel installation with battery and EV charger. Nick and his team,who are really nice fellas,told me what they were going to do each day and made sure I was happy with it before starting. With all the drilling and banging,the work area was left clean and tidy. Martin,who did the survey,must also be praised. There’s no hard sell with him,another really nice fella. No hesitation whatsoever in recommending this business. Well done a thanks HES,all the very best for the future.

  Nick and his team did an outstanding job. Extremely professional and kept me informed every step of the way and always gave me a choice of alternative coarses of action, and explained each one, when we hit roadblocks. The job (Solar, Storage, ev charger as well as fitting electrics and consumer units) was done extremly well and quickly. I have had the system over a month now and not had any problems. H.E.S as a whole made the whole process simple, before installation as well as setting it up and then sending me all the documentation for equipment too.

  I asked HES to quote for the provision of a Solar PV System at our property in Herefordshire. Martin was very helpful and over the course of 2 visits we agreed that a system with 12 PV panels and a 9.5 KWh battery would be a good option. Due to the age and orientation of the house roofing the system that was designed consists of 6 PV panels that are ground mounted facing notionally South and 6 PV panels that are mounted on the garage roof facing notionally West. The system (panels, hybrid inverter and battery) was installed and commissioned last week by Nick and the team and so far is performing as I had hoped. HES tend to use high quality components which come with good warranties, the battery and inverter are GivEnergy for example. The installation has, to my eyes, been carried out to a high standard. HES did all the electrical work I just had to make sure that the groundworks were ready, including the cable trenching. Ground works would of course not be necessary with most roof based systems. HES have been great to deal with so far and it was nice to be able to use a local company that has some apprentices!

  Excellent service received from the initial survey visit and comprehensive detailed quotation, through to the friendly installation crew. On site for three days and all were very helpful. Have no hesitation to recommend.
