  Stephen came to explain proceedure from requesting a grant to installation. I gave a £500 deposit. Unfortunately I had an awful experience with Greener Energy. Firstly surveyor showed up in wrong day whilst I was at work. When he cv some eventually it consisted of looking at how many radiators I would need, nothing technical. Donna told ne to let them do complete the grant application on my behalf- I was then contacted. y Home Enery Scotland regarding the grant they said I had not qualified. i contacted Donna to explain and state there would be absolutely no reason for a credit issue as I have the highest experian I could d have, I was told by Laura they don’t use experian, I asked her to give me the contact details of who they use, she could not but did give me a name, when I eventually managed to get contact detai, Thete was no answer to calls and. o access on we site. I phoned Greener Energy again and spoke with Laura to explain. I was offered the system a system with them at 6.4% APR. It all sounded very dubious to me. I said I would cance as they were not providing me with the service I was offered and requested my refund of £500. She said I would receive this however I received £259. I queried this and was told by laura and Lynn That as I had been “okayed” for the grant and that I eas cancelling I was only untitled to half the deposit. I challenged this as That was not the case. I then received rd a letter from Home Energy askinng me if I wanted to apply for a grant. I sent this to Donna, Lynn Laura and Stephen as evidence that I had not been approved for the grant previousely, as yet I have had no response and they still have not refunded my £250. Terrible time wasting stressful experience. AVOID

  Wow! what can I say a truly professional team from start to finish. I normally don't believe the hype but I can honestly say I have never met a more professional team. Assistance and advice with any funding queries, quote, funding approval, installation and commissioning of an air source heat pump and new radiators all inside four weeks. My thanks go to Joe,Debbie and the wonderful installation team. Always on time, constantly cleaned up every day they were fully aware that a family were still living in the house they even supplied me a couple of small heaters to use whilst they were installing all of the equipment. The installation team ensured we we fully aware of how to operate the system and that we were happy with everything before leaving. Thanks to Matt and Lynne for arranging and conducting the final inspection at a time that suited my work schedule. I really would have no hesitation in recommending the Greener Energy Group to any of my family or friends. I still cannot believe all this happened in four weeks and I now have a very warm and comfortable home. It was customer service at its best. John Sweeney

  Drivers are an absolute shambles! Cutting infront of people almost causing accidents. so arrogant and of course no reply to my email about this!

  I have ordered a solar panel with battery, the process was flawless, from the quote till the installation. The installation team was very professional, they searched for the optimal solution for wiring and did a really nice job. After the installation Lynne called me and made sure that everything is performed as it should. I can fully recommend the company.

  Our energy adventure! With a gas boiler on its last legs we decided that something needed to be done. After a lot of research we decided on a new gas boiler but went also for solar panels and battery. Solar panels fitted remarkably quickly from initial erection of scaffolding though to complete install of 10 panels and battery. Delighted that post-install queries were quickly resolved by Lynne and looking forward to the sunnier weather when the full effect will be experienced.

  Great all-round experience The folks from Greener Energy group where fantastic. From Joe who did the survey and supplied the quote through Lynne who gave us the post installation call. The installers themselves we amazing, Jordan especially was very helpful and took me through the whole system. When they left you would not have known there had been there and carried out such a big job as the place was left so tidy.

  I recently had 11 solar panels installed with a Sunsynk inverter, and I couldn’t be happier with the overall experience. From start to finish, the process was smooth and professional, thanks in large part to Lynne from Accounts. She was absolutely brilliant—friendly, efficient, and proactive. Lynne made sure everything ran like clockwork and even kept a close eye on the engineering team to ensure the job was done to a high standard. The installation itself was top-notch. The cabling is impressively neat and tidy, far superior to what I’ve seen from other installations in the area—especially compared to my neighbour’s setup, which looks quite messy in comparison. Although I had to dig a trench to my garage myself, the final result was well worth the effort. Overall, I’m very pleased with the system’s performance and the quality of the workmanship. If you're considering solar, I’d definitely recommend this company—and make sure you ask for Lynne to be involved!

  The Greener Energy Group team who fitted the air source heat pump over two days were courteous and decent to talk to. They were very hard working and had a lot to do in the two days. The operator who lifted and put back the flooring did an excellent job with fitting it all back with no trace there had been a hatch created or the other areas the flooring had to be lifted. The area was vacuumed dust cleared after the job completed. The electrical guys were the last to leave, fairly late for a Friday getting the system to start operating. After the fitting the next week Lynne Scally (Accounts Manager) called with a courtesy call to see all had went well and discussed if anything else was needed and all was working okay and was helpful. All in all such a large operation was made easier be everyone we dealt with at Greener Energy Group. Many thanks.
