  Szymon and Marie did a fantastic job with my heat pump installation and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone. I was replacing my old warm air heating system undecided whether to go for gas boiler or heat pump. I wanted to go for a heat pump but had read lots of negative articles about it. In my research I found Szymon's You Tube channel and was so impressed I got in touch with him. He visited and recommended a heat pump for my 1970s detached house. With the gov grant it would work out similar re installation costs as a gas boiler but running costs would be considerably less. All was fitted within a week and I am very happy with the result. They worked very hard, were very clean and conscientious with great attention to detail. Szymon is obviously a matter expert and this filled me with confidence that not only was a heat pump the right solution, he was the right man to install it.

  I chose Urban Plumbers to install my ASHP system and am extremely pleased with the result. Szymon's responses to my initial enquiry as well as many other questions was incredibly quick and informative. The heat loss survey was conducted and delivered ahead of expected time. During the installation of the new system the team were very friendly and hard working and, again, they finished their work earlier than anticipated. I would strongly recommend Urban Plumbers.

  I found Szymon when searching the web for advice on fitting a google nest to my old gas boiler heating system. I followed his great guide and continued to watch his videos, particularly those dealing with Heat Pump installations. When our gas boiler needed replacing I decided to look at the option of installing one. I cannot speak too highly of Szymon from his initial approach, the meticulous heat loss calculations, and his focus on ensuring that the system was running as efficiently as possible. We are absolutely delighted with the outcome, our house has never been so comfortable and warm in the winter, and our energy bills are lower than before. Many thanks Szymon !

  I had been following Szymon (Urban Plumbers) on Youtube for a couple of years and was always blown away by his knowledge and attention to detail. So, when our boiler started causing us issues, I was excited to learn Szymon worked in my area. I wasted no time in contacting him and booking some dates. From day one he was always extremely friendly and obviously very keen to provide us with the best setup possible. He promptly came over for a survey and to discuss our requirements, then advised us on the best route to take. He then replaced our old boiler with a new one, including a weather comp and hot water priority setup. His communication was great, and he didn’t disappoint once throughout the entire process. I’m over the moon Szymon was able to update our setup, I am happily enjoying the comfort of a constant internal temperate and have already seen the increase in efficiency via my average daily costs. I wouldn’t hesitate to contact Szymon in the future and have already recommended him to friends/family.

  Szymon Fitted our new Viessmann Vitodens 200-W Boiler and unvented Cylinder to our loft. His copper pipe work should be in a Art Gallery! He is a proper gentleman and joy to work with, his knowledge on plumbing is amazing. Its fantastic to have a plumber that is a perfectionist and still very reasonably priced. A big thank you form all of us at Corners. 10/10

  We found Szymon through his YouTube Channel (@ Urban Plumbers). Right away, we knew that we had to work with him, even if it meant waiting a few months for his schedule to clear. Won't go into details about his exemplary workmanship as a heating engineer - you will find plenty of that in other reviews. Instead, I will share what I was fortunate enough to learn/ observe about the man behind Urban Plumbers. He: 1. doesn't believe in bureaucracy - I was amazed at his German-like precision from quotation through installation. Szymon doesn't raise the subject of money or costs once the quote has been accepted and the deposit paid (unless the entirely unexpected occurs). From that moment on, it's about getting the job done in the most efficient, highest quality way possible. A refreshingly non-commercial experience. 2. is genuinely helpful - I couldn't believe how small issues that had troubled us for years were fixed without any announcement or fanfare. Leaking taps no longer leaked. Incorrect installations (by others) from years past were rectified. Small extras were included at no extra charge. Szymon deleted so many small annoyances from our lives without ever realizing it. 3. has his gaze set firmly on the future - Whether it’s heat pumps or fuel cell boilers, Syzmon has an innate curiosity for the next level of efficiency and energy tech. This curiosity is intertwined with his above-average intelligence and creativity, and is infectious, spreading across every job site he works on. Our home benefitted from this in ways ordinary plumbers could never deliver. 4. is a good human being - we never once felt worried or concerned at any stage of the project because we knew we could trust Szymon to solve whatever issue reared its ugly head. This old school honour system is precious to some. It is invaluable to us. We continue to thank the Heavens for the privilege of working with Szymon. Those looking for the cheapest possible heating solution would be better served elsewhere. As would those who don't have the luxury of time. Challenge the Urban Plumber to deliver the pinnacle of heating efficiency and he will not disappoint.
