    Excellent customer service, very good Company, have we used for them a number of years, telephoned Wednesday morning with an issue with the shower, engineer came out the same day (due to a job cancellation) shower was sorted the next (due to a job cancellation) work took just over an hour and a very reasonable price . Shower is now sorted. From start to finish customer service was first class, from the girls on the phone in the office right through to the engineer. Very pleased with job. Wouldn't trust anyone else.

    Phoned Butco this morning as my central heating not functioning.Spoke to a very pleasant lady who noted my concerns and she advised an engineer would call either today or tomorrow.Engineer called soon after midday and analysed problem quickly.Temporary fix to follow with permanent repair.Excellent service for many years.No hesitation on recommending Butco.

    What a disappointment.After having this company recommended to me I was pleased that an engineer came to assess the problem with our heating system ,a charge for of £73for this.However,no one could come to do the recommened power flush for 2 weeks!This I accepted despite my husband being ill and in hospital and it being the coldest week in November and us both being in our70's,and a deposit of £145 was required.On the allotted day,we were expecting engineer to arrive at 8:30 am,but the phone rang instead to say he was ill and it would be a further 2weeks and no one else was available!!So we wait!True to their word the engineer arrived at 8:10 am,it was raining.To my horror he announced he would have to cancel because it was raining,but because the cleaning fluid was in,that would help the system-no one had been to put the fluid in.He didnt have any,so I asked him to go and ger it and put it in system.That then meant we had to wait another week!!!The job is finally done by a very grumpy ,almost non-communative man,and after my complaint my bill was reduced by £50,I naively thought the original callout charge of £73 would be deducted too as Butco were given the job,but no.Please do not give this company work.They are truly rubbish and dont deserve to be trading.

    Hi Margaret, we are sorry to hear you had a bad experience with Butco Heating. Having looked through the job history I can see the power flush had to be rebooked due engineer illness and that extremely bad weather on the second visit prevented the work from taking place as we couldn’t leave our flushing equipment outside. The power flush was completed on our return leaving your heating system fully operational. Have a great Christmas Butco Heating.

    Today I had first boiler service by Butco engineer -Mal . He was very professional and knowledgeable. He carried out extremely thorough boiler service. He explained what he is doing . He checked pressures, spark plugs cleaned the heat exchanger something never been done by British Gas. I’ve requested same engineer to do boiler service next year. Butco you are the best Keep it up.

    I received a call from Butco regarding booking. my annual boiler service just over an hour ago. As an engineer was in the area he attended within about 20 minutes and carried out the service. RC is the same engineer who attended recently regarding a possible boiler fault. This was diagnosed as a faulty shower, which we had replaced by our bathroom installer. All round excellent good value service.

    Our boiler was due it's Annual service so contacted Butco. Tom the engineer who came out was very courteous and efficient. It was a very good service from start to finish and would highly recommend this Company 👍thank you.
