  We called and asked for a quote to install a car charger and within 48 hours Alex had come to our house, talked us through the process and the following day we had our quote. Once we’d given the go ahead the charger was installed within a few days. Harley the electrician went out of his way to be helpful and everything was done quickly, efficiently and very tidily. He stayed to talk us through the app and how everything worked and we couldn’t have asked for better service. In an age where I often get the feeling that people don’t care, it was refreshing to deal with NSN who were absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Thanks for great service.

  Having been very satisfied with NSN on a small electrical job last year we approached them to do a Solar and Battery installation in our home. They were excellent from start to finish. Alex thoroughly worked through all the options and configurations, and came up with a great solution at a competetive price. Seth and the installation team were courteous, hard working and did a brilliant job. We had to have a new incoming supply from national grid to the garage and NSN did all the groundworks and reconfiguring of our supply and fuse-boxes with minimal disruption. All in all I'm delighted with the great customer service and outstanding quality of work. I would have no hesitation in recommending NSN for any electrical job large or small.

  I had NSN put in an EV charger for my new SMART #1 Which they managed to fit the day before I collected my car . Truly outstanding service Owen the technician who fitted the charger arrived early to do the job , which was done with efficiency & super tidy ,left no mess & was so polite & explained very clearly how to use I would recommend this company every day of the week 💯 % reliable so happy I chose NSN truly outstanding 🙏🙏🙏

  We recently encountered difficulties with our sprinklers at Penzance Bowling Club. Following a member's recommendation we contacted NSN and were delighted to receive their prompt attention. Admittedly it proved testing for them but with the help of our Green Specialist the matter was resolved quickly and efficiently.   I thoroughly recommend NSN Electrical Ltd., they are thorough, professional, pleasant and dependable. I had a lot of work done to my property which included new Fuse Boxes, an amount of rewiring, new emersion tank and electric boiler - additionally they installed a complete Solar System including batteries an eddi and an inverter. They made a difficult job look easy! Thank you.

  UPDATE: When our electrical work was completed, the guys left us a bag of facia plates for sockets and switches. These clip into place once renovation of a room is complete. We stored them unopened for several months. When I opened them, every plate was scratched. I called NSN to express my disappointment but was told, because I'd had them in my care for several months, NSN wouldn't replace them. I spent a fair amount of money having the electrical work done and the only visible evidence I'm left with are scratched fittings. And that's the reason I won't be calling NSN when I have my kitchen, utilty room, shower room and workshop wired later this year. Customer care is in the detail, not false economy. (I gave 2 stars because they at least called me back to discuss my complaint). NSN completed extensive works on our renovation project. All the workers were very professional, punctual, courteous and tidy. The work was completed on time and on budget. We'd happily recommend NSN and will no doubt contact them about further electrical work.
