  Unprofessional, talks of the top of his head. Started giving quote on the phone without proper consultation. When asked to put a quote in writing, as a professional installer should. He couldn't be bothered, and kept lying he'd sent it. Didn't have the guts to say just wasted time. When called out on this, put the phone down. He even claimed he was an Electronic Engineer, another fib to elevate his electricians 'qualification'. Overall impression unprofessional, dishonest and undermines all credibility in an industry where it really matters.

  5* used kaushik to install new build spot lights through out the house very professional gave great advice quick turn over and very reasonable on price
