  We had batteries and gateway fitted. David in sales was excellent and gave sound advice and the installation by Rory was excellent as was his advice in setting up the app and he went out of his way to resolve a few settling in issues with the app. Unfortunately our installation was cancelled twice due to stock issues with the equipment . In the current climate that is understandable but we received no communication regarding the cancellation of the installations. This was the only area we received poor service.

  Was recommended to use AJ Renewables and to be honest they were excellent. From Duncan the electrician with his apprentices and the two amazing roofers the whole process was seamless. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone considering solar panels. The pre and after sales service is also very good. I was allocated Kellie and she was always available to help.

  Good efficient guys to fit solar panels but electrician is very poor, and potentially dangerous fitting diferent brand rcds, wrong size cable, had to get most things sorted by someone else as mistakes he did could be very dangerous!!

  Left all installation waste on site, damaged my roof, lost key to gateway box and have completely snubbed me since install day and payment made. I now have a recall on equipment and they have not let me know this or responded when I let them know!. Great until it came to install then worst after service you can imagine.

  Recently got panels and battery fitted. The process was simple , all done by phone and team call. Everything was explained clearly and a very competitive quote given. (No one round at house for hours) Everything was fitted quickly and efficiently and the guys were great. All working well and pretty much no electricity required from the grid, so meeting our requirements.

  We have just had a solar system installed by AJ Renewables. We were very happy with their professional approach. From the beginning their staff were friendly and knowledgeable and did a very efficient, tidy job. There was a bit of a delay caused by their parts supplier but overall the work was carried out in a very timely manner. The roofers were great and the electrician (Dougie) was very friendly and professional, doing a very neat and tidy job. We were kept informed of what was happening at every stage of the installation. The follow-up support has been excellent as we have contacted them on a number of occasions to clarify some aspects of the process of connecting with our energy supplier. Our 'project manager', Kelly, has been very patient and understanding as we get to grips with our new system. We felt confidant that we would be able to contact the company at any time and would receive sensible answers to our queries. We are more than happy to recommend this company.
