  Having recently moved I found myself with no hot water. I phone Gem and within the hour their heating engineer was here with the correct replacement valve and I had hot water again. I cannot recommend them enough they are courteous, helpful and knowledgable, Gem will definitely be my port of call for all my heating/plumbing needs.

  My central heating system stopped working and I’ve been freezing for 3 days. I contacted 3 different plumbers, with no response. I only wish I’d known about Gem Heating sooner as their response was rapid and professional. I truly cannot fault them and will 100% be my go to company for all my plumbing jobs in the future.
