  AVOID. Once paid he goes missing. Doesn’t show up to appointments and turn up when committed to. When we had an issue the warranty company said the fitter needs to send a report. He is not interested and doesn’t reply to anything. Also can’t even turn up for a routine service. If I could give 0 stars I would. Terrible!

  The best plumber we’ve ever used by far. Totally professional, top class technical knowledge and skills, polite, and punctual. They changed our boiler about 13 years ago and updated some of our existing heating system to include new thermostatic valves, and we’ve used them ever since for annual servicing. The boiler broke down recently but the cause was directly due to us missing servicing for the last few years, but Steve came out himself on an emergency call and then back a few days later when he had the necessary spare parts to finish the work. Whilst doing so he carried out the overdue service and was able to give advice about which boiler to replace ours with in a few years time, but didn’t pressure us into replacing it now because the current boiler and system were still deemed fit for further use. He also discussed the future possibilities of installing an air source heat pump in our old house. I think that the very best recommendation I can give is that my wife and I completely trust Senergy Heating to do an honest job at fair and realistic pricing. For the avoidance of all doubt, this review is for Senergy Heating based in Reigate, and not of unrelated companies with very similar names.

  Annual servicing of GSHP and 10 year replacement of heat meter at commercial premises. Our original installer ISO Energy had gone into administration and it was impossible to find someone interested in the job until we found Senergy, who were responsive, knowledgeable and helpful. The work was carried out promptly and efficiently. Stephen answered a number of follow-up queries we had relating to updating the RHI accreditation. Would recommend.

  Installed a heating system 4 years ago, was unresponsive then is unresponsive now. Never supplied the sign off leaving us currently unable to sell our house. Zero communication, have never experienced anything like it. Wanted his money though.

  Excellent service provided by Senergy for our annual service for our gas boiler. Knowledgeable, efficient and polite work. I particularly found the thoughts on future needs and guidance in that area extremely helpful, will be using them again.

  What a great company from start to finish. Stephen quoted us on a new boiler and all our radiators changed. George came out and done the job for us, he made sure everything was as we wanted and even cleaned up after himself every day, we wouldn’t have even known he was there. I would never use another company, so trust worthy and done a great job which is rare to find! The new boiler along with the nest system is working great and now we are all ready for the winter.
