5Recently ha a comi-boiler fitted - amazing Mac worked all week to make all the adjustments necessary. Nothing was too much trouble - he definitely went the extra mile for us - he was so kind. Everything done professionally and everything left clean and tidy with all the old equipment taken away.

5Grant carried out a boiler service for me and to investigate an issue with the boiler pressure. It was all done professionally and he explained the issue and how it was fixed. He also reconnected my wet underfloor heating thermostats to the manifold which I had trouble doing myself. All in all really efficient, friendly and got the jobs done! Definitely recommend.

3Chose this company as had excellent service last year from CJ ELECTRICAL. This was very different! Initial diagnosis by Jack, new shower processor required. So far so good. 2 weeks later work carried out by someone (I do know his name) who can only be described as being somewhere between uninterested and clueless. Left after 40 minutes with shower still not working and suggested I may have to get used to having baths....outstanding customer service! Could be the shower interface requiring replacement, someone would get back to me. After a week I'd heard nothing so sourced and fitted the part myself. Shower now working but connections to the processor leaking. Had to wait another week for someone to return. Richard attended, knew exactly what he was doing, and refitted connectors correctly. I begrudgingly settled the invoice today (over £700) Rating would have been much lower if not for Jack and Richard. The moral of the tale......it's not about the company is it, it's all about the people!

Good morning, Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. Firstly, we would like to apologise for the attitude of the second engineer who attended. This is not the standard we expect from our engineers, and your comments will be passed on internally and dealt with as necessary. Jack initially attended and diagnosed the processor as faulty. These are expensive specialist parts, and the quoted works were carried out accordingly. Following installation, it was identified that the shower began operating after the data cable was removed and reinstalled into the interface, indicating that there may also have been an intermittent fault with either the interface or data cable within the wall. With regards to the delay, the office was liaising with our supplier, who in turn had to contact the manufacturer to identify the correct interface required. Unfortunately, we are somewhat reliant on supplier/manufacturer response times in these situations. Regarding the leak, you contacted us to advise that this had been isolated. Upon our return visit, it was identified that the issue was caused by faulty O-rings within the newly supplied processor itself, which was a manufacturing defect. These were replaced free of charge. We do appreciate your feedback and your kind comments regarding Jack and Richard, which will be passed onto them.
