  I shopped around a lot when getting quotations for converting my old boiler to a heat pump and once S&D Banks had visited, they were an obvious choice. Really professional and knew how to correctly design a heat pump system to work efficiently. I had a Valliant AroTHERM Plus ASHP fitted and Dave and the S&D Banks team done a really nice job. Tidy pipework and a thorough installation and commissioning. I'd highly recommend S&D Banks if you're looking for a similar heat pump install.

  As an eighty seven year old person, when the heating isn’t working during a cold period, it can be serious. That’s what happened yesterday to me. However within one hour after my call to S&P banks Richard came and diagnosed the problem. I cannot thank Richard and the staff at s&dbanks enough. Very well done lads. Fred Dick

  What an absolute pleasure S&D are to deal with! They came out to look at my 93 year old Nan’s boiler because the radiators weren’t getting hot and Richard fixed the problem in 10 seconds! We felt a bit silly because it turned out she hadn’t put the temperature on high enough(!) but Richard was lovely and refused to charge for the call-out. It’s rare these days to deal with such a kind and compassionate company so I highly recommend them.

  I have been a customer of S&D Banks for a number of years. They service my heating, have installed a new boiler and more recently, installed two air con units. One upstairs and one downstairs and the 2 cooling fans outside. All work is carried out professionally, costs provided upfront, the team work cleanly and are friendly. They are responsive on email requests.

  We had a new boiler installed by a friendly, helpful team and were impressed with the work and time frame provided. We had some teething issues, which were dealt with over a few extra visits to ensure we were up and running correctly and the engineers were very attentive and helpful. The only drawback is non-availability on weekends.
