  Generally rather pleased with the work completed by RJ Electrics. Firstly the quoting process was professional, with a home visit to quote the works. Rafe was very polite and efficient, quickly identifying what would be required for the works. We wanted an EICR, Consumer Unit Change with Surge Protection, several socket changes, several lighting changes, some additional sockets. Pricing was reasonable and in line with other quotes we obtained. We chose to go with RJ for the works based on the professional appearance on quoting. Communication was sometimes quite tricky, with emails left unanswered for long periods, but after chasing they were replied to eventually, that would be my main feedback for the company. The electrician, Adam, came on the day agreed and was incredibly helpful with working around us, as we were both working from home, and was very supportive in getting the best outcome for us with the works. Generally rather pleased with the work and would use the company again. Thank you :)

  We called the company to fix a faulty light. Eletrican came to look at it, took a picture and then left. No info left, we thought he'd gone get a new light to fit for us. 2 days later no contact about what was happening or invoice/ quote. We called the company back to be told a message would be left for the Eletrican who came out because he was out in field . Called back to be told by the Eletrican he'd forgot about us. What a waste of time. We ended up getting another company to fix it. Would not recommend 😕

  I am a director of a CIC who chose RJ electrical to do PAT testing on sewing machines. Initially the service was excellent, however on my second request for the same service I rang up to arrange more PAT testing, firstly was told someone would ring me back, two days later I rang them back. Spoke to a very dis interested man who told me how much it would cost and when I queried the price was significantly cheaper than my previous request for the same thing he just said that’s the price and I can’t say why someone charged you more. When I asked who I needed to speak to he said he didn’t know as he didn’t quote for the job he was just telling me the price. I asked who I should speak to ,again, and he said he didn’t know? I replied with I’ll try to contact someone else as you don’t seem interested and his reply was “ok”.this may seem a trivial matter to some but he was highly unprofessional and very unhelpful though I suppose as a small company they don’t need the business? Sad to be treated like an inconvenience to his afternoon.

  I have used RJ Electrical a few times for various things, all staff i have dealt with have all been lovely and really helpful and professional and the jobs are always completed quickly and to a excellent standard. I will definitely use this company again in the future.
