  Filters were serviced on request from management of housing where I live. Cost over £80. After service there seemed to be a blockage which means at times it is very noisy. This was in July and I have tried many times over the months to have the problem fixed. There was one engineer call 'on spec' when I wasn't in and the engineer refused the offer of the manager to let him in to my flat. After that I have had no reply to letters, emails, answerphone all from me or calls from my manager. I finally managed to get a reply to a phone call and someone is coming this week . However I was absolutely disgusted with the way I was spoken to on the phone. The gentleman who said he is the Managing Director was very cool, no apology was given, no real customer satisfaction. It seems that servicing the filters on the 53 flats where I live must be a nice little earner for them and once they have the money they lose all interest. I look forward to the visit on Tuesday but am very cross to think that because it is a management decision I will have to pay this again next time. I would not recommend this company.
