  I recently had a heat pump, new radiators, and plumbing installed by this company in Dunn, Caithness, and I couldn't be more impressed with the entire experience. From day one, the team were absolute professionals. They worked efficiently without stopping, discussed every aspect of the job with me, and went the extra mile to ensure everything was completed to the highest standard. What really stood out was their willingness to bend over backwards to get the job done right. Throughout the installation, they treated my home with complete respect - protecting everything carefully and leaving each day as if they'd never been there (except for the fantastic new heating system, of course!). The whole team worked brilliantly together and their professionalism shone through. The handover was thorough and reassuring. They walked me through everything, explained how to use the new system, and even did a final walk-around to make sure we were 100% happy. They even offered to help put furniture back - that's the kind of thoughtful service you rarely find! The results speak for themselves: the heat pump and radiators look great, all work was completed well within the timeframe, and we're already reaping the benefits of a warm, comfortable home. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone considering renewable heating. Five stars all the way!

  A huge thank you to Cameron, David and the rest of their team. They replaced my boiler and before doing so chatted through all the options and what would be most suitable. They sorted everything efficiently and made the process so simple. Very professional company and would highly recommend.

  A huge Thank you to Cameron Mark and the rest of the team who installed a heat pump, radiators and new tank all in one day. All really nice guys who worked together like a well oiled machine. They cared about where they put the heat pump and answered all the many questions I had. They even came back to check everything was going OK. Would highly recommend these guys and this company.   Meant to get on here a while back. Just to say a big thank you to David and his team of excellent workers. You were all very friendly and took care when in our home to respect it and keep any mess to a minimum. We were recommended through a friend to use your company and again can't thank him enough for the help he gave us getting such a quick turn around after being let down by our insurance company for boiler repairs. Thanks again and will recommend you to anyone we know looking for a new boiler.

  Needing a new boiler urgently we contacted Cameron on a recommendation. Cameron discussed options and what the work would entail and provided an accurate estimate. We were fitted in very quickly and Cameron and his colleague took a pride in their work and were so tidy you wouldn't even have known anyone had been there. Cameron also set up Hive for us, making sure it all was working before he left. We thoroughly recommend this company for excellent workmanship, value and service.
